Mosques & Palace Dress Code: Women must wear long loose clothing to insure their arms and legs are fully covered. They are also required to cover their heads all the time while inside the mosque. However, for the Mosque visit, company will provide long-local Abaya with a scarf (long black dress-attire) if needed which must be returned back.
Men must not show above their knees and are required to cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. Company does not provide any kind of clothes to men.
Tour duration is fixed for any tour/activity. But the drop off may later or sooner the mentioned timing depends on the traffic of the city. At times, the drop off may get late up to 30-45 minutes than the mentioned time.
Lunch not included - at your own expense
During any Presidential Events, Qasr Al Watan might shut down to the public without any previous announcements as it is a national palace, however, it will be replaced with Qasr Al Hosn or Heritage Village (whichever available on that day)
There is a shuttle bus service to the entrance from the main gate of the palace.
Guided tours are not allowed within the palace; your guide will narrate important information about the palace before the visit.
Tattoos must be covered during the Mosque visit.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00We had a great time and glad we opted for the private tour. Riz was great all the trip and very informative, we learnt a lot about the country, the history of it and he even recommended us some great Arabic food at the end of the day. Would highly recommend adding this to your Dubai itinerary!

5.00Very glad I booked this tour. We were picked up around 9:40, and transferred to the Louvre car park, where we met the coach & guide Hamza (who’d started from Dubai with some of the tourists). 10-15 mins to take photos in the new cultural district, then along the Corniche to the Conrad hotel with its observation deck on the 74th floor. Absolutely fabulous view of the Qasr al Watan (presidential palace), the Palace hotel (not the same thing!), Corniche, city and outlying islands. We had 15 mins at the top to snap photos. Then to the Q al W, where Hamza took photos of us outside, and we had about 40 mins inside to explore thoroughly. [Note when the Palace is in official use, this is replaced on the itinerary by time inside the Louvre museum - useful to know, as I’d done that the day before, and wouldn't have particularly wanted to do it again.] We then transferred to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which incongruously has an enormous shopping mall underneath! We were given 40 mins to grab some lunch (or shop), the women were then given abayas, and we proceeded by underground travelators to the mosque itself. This is truly fabulous! We had plenty of time to go around it as a group and take photos at every stage, before transferring back to our hotels, arriving around 4:15. Hamza was a great guide - he gave us loads of information about Abu Dhabi, the buildings we went to and past, and about Islam and the various parts of the mosque, and he was friendly and funny with his anecdotes throughout. I’d recommend this tour to anyone!
