Mosques & Palace Dress Code: Women must wear long loose clothing to insure their arms and legs are fully covered. They are also required to cover their heads all the time while inside the mosque. However, for the Mosque visit, company will provide long-local Abaya with a scarf (long black dress-attire) if needed which must be returned back.
Men must not show above their knees and are required to cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. Company does not provide any kind of clothes to men.
Tour duration is fixed for any tour/activity. But the drop off may later or sooner the mentioned timing depends on the traffic of the city. At times, the drop off may get late up to 30-45 minutes than the mentioned time.
Lunch not included - at your own expense
During any Presidential Events, Qasr Al Watan might shut down to the public without any previous announcements as it is a national palace, however, it will be replaced with Qasr Al Hosn or Heritage Village (whichever available on that day)
There is a shuttle bus service to the entrance from the main gate of the palace.
Guided tours are not allowed within the palace; your guide will narrate important information about the palace before the visit.
Tattoos must be covered during the Mosque visit.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Adnan was an exceptional guide for our Abu Dhabi tour and truly elevated the entire experience. From the moment we began, he shared thoughtful, engaging details about the history of every place we passed and visited, which brought so much meaning to each stop. His food recommendations were spot-on, and he somehow always knew the perfect moments for photos. I never once had to ask, and the photos he took of my husband and me were creative, beautifully framed, and far beyond what I would have thought to capture myself. What stood out most was his perfect balance of patience and professionalism. He gave us the space to linger and enjoy moments, while also gently guiding us when it was time to move on so we never missed something important, like catching the sunset at exactly the right time. On top of that, he was simply a joy to talk to. Learning about life in Dubai, the culture, and his personal insights made the day feel warm, personal, and memorable. We will absolutely be requesting Adnan again for our local Dubai tours, and we truly wish we had him as our guide for all of our tours. After working with a few different companies, it is clear that he stands out. If you have the opportunity to tour with Adnan, take it. He turns a great day into an unforgettable one.

5.00From pick up to drop off we were looked after well and had a great experience Visiting the Grand Mosque, Presidential Palace and Eithad Towers. We were provided with plenty of bottled water and an Hijab for the ladies although if you wear long trousers/dress with a head scarf this would be considered appropriate dress without the need for a Hijab. The tour guide gave us great information and provided some history that made the trip a fully rounded experience. The vehicle provided was comfortable and the driver great. Aya was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and had a lovely demeanor allowing questions and assistance when needed together with a witty comment or too.
