Mosques & Palace Dress Code: Women must wear long loose clothing to insure their arms and legs are fully covered. They are also required to cover their heads all the time while inside the mosque. However, for the Mosque visit, company will provide long-local Abaya with a scarf (long black dress-attire) if needed which must be returned back.
Men must not show above their knees and are required to cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. Company does not provide any kind of clothes to men.
Tour duration is fixed for any tour/activity. But the drop off may later or sooner the mentioned timing depends on the traffic of the city. At times, the drop off may get late up to 30-45 minutes than the mentioned time.
Lunch not included - at your own expense
During any Presidential Events, Qasr Al Watan might shut down to the public without any previous announcements as it is a national palace, however, it will be replaced with Qasr Al Hosn or Heritage Village (whichever available on that day)
There is a shuttle bus service to the entrance from the main gate of the palace.
Guided tours are not allowed within the palace; your guide will narrate important information about the palace before the visit.
Tattoos must be covered during the Mosque visit.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

4.00Mohammed was an informative and kind guide. All of the places we visited were great. If you’re looking to book this trip, keep in mind that 1) the trip is actually a full-day, lasting 8hrs 2) if you are plus size bring your own abaya/modest clothing as the provided ones only accommodate straight sizes.
Ahmed made the experience, highly recommended.

5.00I booked this excursion with get your guide who uses ocean air. The latter is really very organized and respects terms and times while leaving time for visitors for photos and personal needs not neglecting anyone. We were picked up directly at the hotel and by private car then we reached the rest of the group who came from Dubai. The tour was in Italian and our guide Beshoy in Italian Paolo guided us throughout the day giving us advice, precise directions and details about the places we were visiting. Thanks Paolo for your sympathy, professionalism and availability, you have organized us a very nice excursion

2.00The places visited were amazing but it wasn’t enhanced by having a tour Cannot actually relate the review Comments to my experience and the experience of others I spoke to in the group I got left behind twice and the excuse was there were 17 in the group. And if you are solo don’t expect any help.. first time in my life they haven’t helped with photos A female needed a bit of xtra help but didn’t get it from the tour guide, is the passengers helped The bus was very squishy and I wouldn’t say it was particularly clean as it had boxes Of drinks on the seats behind the driver. Not a great experience
