This 1.5-hour moderate hike offers insights into the region's fauna, flora, and geology as you explore Elephant Rock and the secret heart of the seven valleys. After the trail, enjoy up to 1.5 hours of free time at Marinha Beach, where crystal-clear waters and golden sands invite exploration. Don't forget to ask your guide about hidden spots! At Algar Seco, be amazed by the galleries and caves carved into limestone, revealing Portugal's geological beginnings. Conclude with a thrilling cliff jump into the deep waters of the North Atlantic and visit the Boneca's Cave, providing an adrenaline-filled farewell.

Marina de Faro
Meet your guide front of the Faro Sign ¨♡ FARO¨! He will be dressed in a blue uniform with the name Flow Adventures on his chest and back. Check-in is between 8:15 and 8:25 a.m. for the 8:30 Tour and from 8:45 to 8:55 for the 9:00 Tour, so come a bit early for tips and a quick briefing. The tour starts PROMPTLY, please don’t be late, delays aren’t tolerated! Enjoy the 45-min ride, make new friends and rock the karaoke mic if it’s your turn!
Benagil
Home to the world-famous Benagil Cave, this spot will blow your mind with stunning cliffs, golden beaches, and magical caves that scream adventure. We kick off with a short walk to Benagil’s viewpoint, passing a charming fishing village. Feel the local vibe and history all around you. After soaking in the epic views, we’ll head down to Benagil Beach and get ready for an unforgettable hike on the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail!

5.00Edu was a great tour guide, he is incredibly friendly and funny. Learnt a lot about the formation of the cave and geographic fun fact about the regions. I was so lucky that everyone in our group was very friendly and outgoing, we had a lots of fun together as a group for a day trip!

5.00Got to see the Benagil cave from atop. Took a nice hike along the coast. The guide was great lending me a hand on a specifically high step. And the finale a cliff jump which only my husband and I did. Awesome by the way.

5.00This was a fantastic tour! The warnings about hiking are to be taken into consideration but it’s really a lovely route and the views are stunning. Cliff jumping was an awesome experience and extra time to explore the beaches was additionally appreciated while never being excessive. Our guide was sweet, hilarious, fun, and clearly very knowledgeable. 10/10 time and 10/10 recommended!

5.00We had the most amazing day on this tour, the guide was so knowledgeable and made the trip accessible and appropriate for all. He was also so thoughtful with what was provided. Each part of the tour was timed perfectly and provided us ample opportunity to explore the environment and take pictures but didn’t take too long and make it drag. Some of the views we saw were incredible and finding out about the history of them was fantastic. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and have a day spare!
