The walk from the bus drop-off point to Pisa city center takes approximately 15 minutes. Guests may choose to walk or use the available shuttle service for an additional cost of €5.

What To Expect
Florence
Sit back and relax as we take a 2.5 hour ride via comfortable, air-conditioned coach. Your guide will entertain you with tales of the area as you cross two regions: Tuscany and Liguria. Both are rich with history, cultures and traditions that deserve to be told. Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to a quaint and comfortable local train. Enjoy the journey along the coast line, breathing in the fresh sea air and admiring a view like no other.
Manarola
Then it is “all aboard!” as you are taken by train to the charming town of Manarola, characterized by its narrow streets and small square looking out over the sea. It is so picturesque it will seem like you’ve stepped into a Renaissance painting. But it is entirely authentic, we assure you. If you want to make the most out of this Cinque Terre experience, we also offer an optional walk, for those who want to see the stunning mainland and coastline scenery from a different perspective. Let your tour leader guide you through the terraced vineyards, the ancient olive groves and the spectacular panoramic views that will stay in your memories forever.

5.00The day of our tour started cloudy and eventually turned rainy, but everything still went smoothly. On the drive to Cinque Terre, our guide Elizabeth did such a great job explaining a little bit about Italy, the regions we were passing, and what each area is known for—like focaccia bread and marble. She made the ride very informative and interesting. Luckily, the rain stopped when we arrived. Elizabeth brought us straight to one of the best photo spots for the iconic Cinque Terre view. The City Wonders app gives a basic itinerary, but Elizabeth wrote the actual timing and meeting points on her small whiteboard, and I took a photo—super helpful for knowing exactly where to go next. She also recommended a few restaurants in Cinque Terre. I followed her advice, and she even helped book and pre-order our food when we arrived at the train station so we didn’t have to wait long. I had the seafood risotto, and it was delicious with a rich seafood flavor. After lunch, we had a bit of free time to explore on our own. Then we took the train back to meet the bus and headed to Pisa. Elizabeth kept us updated the whole time so we would have enough daylight to take good photos before sunset. Once the sun set, we returned to the bus and made our way back to Florence. Overall, it was a well-organized and enjoyable day, and Elizabeth really made the experience smooth and memorable.
Pisa was good.

5.00Elisabetta and Draco did a good job keeping the group together. They had a lot of patience. Cinque Terre was not our favorite but we went in off season. Pisa was nice.

5.00This tour really packed it in. We wanted to do both Cinque Terre and Pisa and this tour delivered given the tight timeframe. There is a lot of walking on this tour so that is something to be aware of. The optional walk is not really optional if you want to see the postcard view at Manarola. I have no idea how Ornella, our guide kept track of all 45 of us, she is a marvel. Great tour if you want to see a lot of the Tuscan countryside and only have one day.

5.00Ornella and Draco were the best hosts - we had the absolute best day traversing Cinque Terre and Pisa and learning more about the wonders . Ornella a very knowledgeable local guide and Drago a very safe pair of hands behind the bus wheels. All in all a very enjoyable day that I would recommend to anyone! Thank you.
