What To Expect

Florence

Sit back and relax as we take a 2.5 hour ride via comfortable, air-conditioned coach. Your guide will entertain you with tales of the area as you cross two regions: Tuscany and Liguria. Both are rich with history, cultures and traditions that deserve to be told. Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to a quaint and comfortable local train. Enjoy the journey along the coast line, breathing in the fresh sea air and admiring a view like no other.

Then it is “all aboard!” as you are taken by train to the charming town of Manarola, characterized by its narrow streets and small square looking out over the sea. It is so picturesque it will seem like you’ve stepped into a Renaissance painting. But it is entirely authentic, we assure you. If you want to make the most out of this Cinque Terre experience, we also offer an optional walk, for those who want to see the stunning mainland and coastline scenery from a different perspective. Let your tour leader guide you through the terraced vineyards, the ancient olive groves and the spectacular panoramic views that will stay in your memories forever.

It was indeed a very good trip. I enjoyed Cinque Terre area and Pisa. This trip does not take you to all 5 villages, but to 2 of them. I think its okay since I visited in winter and most of the shops are closed. In Pisa, one can see based on availbale time and interest, buy your own tickets to enter church, museum, Pisa tower etc. The tour was planned very well and Dani did a great job to keep us up with time. She created a whatsapp group and kept us all informed of leaving time. It isnt easy to manage such a big group but she did it easily. I recommend to book this tour when in Florence.

I thought the tour was great! Even though I booked it in English, I feel like Cinque Terre and Pisa would have been enough! Nathan is an excellent host, and his jokes are really bad, haha!

Wonderful experience. Our tour guide Nathan Smith were great with all of his jokes and many funny short videos to watch. Which made the long bus rides seem short. Great tour guide 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You don’t get to see very much for very long. The guide was good and funny. Pizza was very beautiful and we were happy to have some extra time there.

The tour was perfect. Well worth the cost. Loved seeing Manarola and Monterosso Al Mare. There was a long wait to enter the leaning tower and we were concerned that we would miss the bus if we climbed it. Otherwise the visit there was as expected.

Maybe it is is in the description, I am terrible reader of details, but this tour is A LOT of walking! But that's what you do in Europe. As long as you are okay with that, everything was magnificent. Easy transportation. Our guide Sara was great, keeping us on time for all our events and the group chat setup to answer questions and to keep us all on the same page was a great idea I hadn't seen used on a tour like this before. It's nice to have a guide to explain things to you when you go through these tours and to these places so you have slightly more than just "Okay, I saw it," And Sara was enthusiastic and fun to go with. The leaning tower is quite a site and CInque Terre is beautiful as well. It's a good full day well spent.
