Enjoy the journey along the coast line, breathing in the fresh sea air and admiring a view like no other.
Manarola
Then it is “all aboard!” as you are taken by train to the charming town of Manarola, characterized by its narrow streets and small square looking out over the sea. This is a great way to see a lot of Italy in a little time. Yes, it’s a long day, but the bus is very comfortable and you can take a nice nap! :-). If you’re not napping, you can hear very interesting facts about Italy as the bus drives through the beautiful countryside. For example, I was excited to see the Carrera marble mines from the road- I never would have known they were there if our guide didn’t tell us. Our guide was wonderful- she was so organized and knowledgeable and arraigned a lovely lunch for us in Monterosso. It was optional- but we did it and really enjoyed it! There was a good mix of organized activities and free time. I don’t think I could have organized a trip like this myself- we didn’t have to think about parking or train tickets or anything, that was all done for us. Our kids are teens, and they especially enjoyed the beach in Monterosso. I definitely would recommend this trip and our wonderful guide and bus driver!! Even though the day is long, it went by very quickly and we were all glad we went!!

What a well planned day. Great tour guide with Ornella sharing all the knowledge along the trip. Even great facts about towns we passed through in the way. Felt very safe with Dragos at the wheel and a smooth road trip had. The locations were stunning and time allocated ample. Would recommend taking up the offer for the preplanned lunch. Have cash on you for local souvenirs and also if wanting to take the alternative option of a lift to the Pisa location instead of the approx 20min walk as busses cannot go to the location. Great tour and awesome tour guide.

If you are up to taking a full day trip, you will not be disappointed by this one. Visiting two of the five villages in Cinque Terre, Montorosso and Manarola, by train was a wonderful surprise. We were fortunate to have gorgeous weather. The villages and the landscape were beautiful! Seeing Pisa was another great highlight of the tour. Elisabette, Queen Elizabeth 😁, and our driver( I apologize for not remembering his name) were a great tour guide and bus driver. We highly recommend this tour when in Firenze.

Super funny, very kind. The experience was amazing and we got so many good photos. The admission fee was very reasonable. The length was perfect and I recommend. The atmosphere was great, great people, felt safe. Crowd size was pretty good. We got to the best places super early and beat the crowds. Best for anyone!

We were spending a couple of days in Florence Italy and were given mixed views by several people on whether or not we should take a train to Pisa and enjoy the sites there. We decided to take the train from Florence to Pisa. I found it much more than we had expected. The leaning tower of Pisa and the surrounding area is very interesting. The church that stands beside the tower is also an excellent old Gothic church to visit. After a nice lunch, we’re back on a train to Florence. Perfect day great weather, sightseeing, and good Italian food
