It was truly a major highlight of our trip. Nathan, our guide, was exceptional. His knowledge, humour allowed us to feel comfortable and enjoy the journey. The tour allowed plenty of time for us to wander around at each stop to shop, eat and explore. 10 out of 10.

What a great tour! Elisabetta was our tour guide and is FULL of information and knowledge! She cares so much about the people she’s with and makes personal connections that mean so much. She sent information all throughout the day and was so on top of everything-even with a big group. She is so attentive. Ask for her! And Marco was an amazing bus driver who got us back safely through the crazy streets of Florence! Thank you for a wonderful time!

This was an excellent experience and our guide, Elizabeth was amazing. Our driver Marco was also great and the ride to the coast was very smooth. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone coming to the area.

Wow! Tour was very organized. There was a car accident which pushed things back, but all was re-organized so we could still do everything. Nathan is the best guide. He is very calm, informative and has a great sense of humor. He played a lot of funny videos to keep us entertained. He managed expectations and saved us from walking by recommending a mini train to Pisa instead of walking 20 minutes. He helped us on and off the trains to each destination. We felt very well informed. The optional lunch stop he recommended was so delicious and saved us time so we could go for a swim. Montessoro was our favorite because the beach and water are magnificent. Highly recommend Nathan and this tour! Can’t wait to go back!

The tour was great! So many beautiful sights to see. The ride was smooth and the tour went at a nice but chill pace. Our tour guide, Nathan, was great. Very nice and knowledgeable & a great sense of humor. As a professional photographer, he even went above and beyond to teach us a few tricks to make our holiday photos top notch. Gracie mille, Nathan!

I was a bit dubious to schedule this tour due to some negative reviews/complaing about this trip especially related to organization however, we really wanted to visit Cinque Terre and Pisa. Our tour guide was Elizabett who was EXTREMELY organized and friendly and Dragos our very professional bus driver. Both were wonderful and I recommend them. I am very glad we went on this tour as Cinque Terre was a highlight of our trip. This tour could be a bit complicated with a less capable tour guide and/or in the high season when it is extremely crowded and/or with clients who don't pay attention/adhere to the logistical aspects as it is a combination of bus and train travel. First is travel from Florence to Cinque Terre (~2 1/2 hrs) by bus then switch to train to visit Manarola (~ 3 stops on train) then Monterossa (3 more stops on train) then train back to bus and travel to Pisa (~1 1/2 hrs) and then bus to Florence (~1 1/2hrs). The entire trip was 12 hours in duration. We had a few hours at each of the three stops and this was sufficient in our view to get some good photos, walk around and relax a bit (so, a taste of each area, not a full blown do everything visit). Elizabett also gave us the option to preorder lunch from some set menus (or a la carte was available) at a specific restaurant in Montarossa to save time looking for a place to eat. We selected this option (2 people picking a la carte and 1 a set menu) and were satisfied with our choice (payment is at restaurant with cash or credit). Others in the group selected to go out on their own. In Pisa, Elizabett also gave the option for a shuttle transfer (5 euro cash per person) from the bus parking lot to the Pisa entrance. Most of our bus took this option, but there were a few walkers. We also thought there were enough toilet breaks. Elizabett pointed out that our Cinque Terre ticket allowed us free entrance to the toilets at the train station. Key to Elizabett's organization skill was the use of WhatsApp with all clients to supplement all of her verbal instructions. Our family really enjoyed our full day tour of Cinque Terre and Pisa with Elizabett and Dragos. The two towns we saw in Cinque Terre were breathtaking.

Cinque Terre is a must see, also Leaning Tower of Pisa was definitely worth the visit . Our tour guide Queen Elizabeth was terrific never felt rushed at our stops and was full of interesting information, and she made sure we didn’t get lost at our stops giving detailed instructions where to meet. She also arranged a very nice lunch for those who wanted to eat. A great tour at a reasonable price.
