Operating Schedule:Our Castles of Connemara tour departs from Galway Cathedral (H91 A780) on scheduled mornings. Departure times are 09.30 to allow for a full-day experience, returning to Galway in the late afternoon or early evening. Advance booking is recommended, particularly during peak travel months, to ensure availability and preferred departure dates

Aughnanure Castle - home to mighty O’Flaherty chieftains., a very notable family in galway region. Donal O’Faherty later married the sea pirate Grace O’Malley. The grounds on this castle is well preserved.

You will have ample time to explore the grounds of this history abbey and gardens.
