We enjoyed our day trip to Quebec City, even though the weather wasn’t ideal. The hotel pickup worked out and the bus was very modern and comfortable. Both the driver and the tour guide Rebecca were great at their jobs. My only criticism was that once we reached Quebec, 50 people is just too many for a tour. The local guide did her best, but I think splitting the group into two, with two guides would be helpful. Overall an enjoyable trip.

Overall, the tour and everything associated with it was fine. Tour guide Yong was a nice guy, counted every time we got on and off the bus to be sure no one was left behind and I thought that great! Bus driver for the day was great getting us to and from did an incredible job as well! Only issue I had with the trip, well two things. First, we didn’t spend enough time at Monmorency Falls! That place was beautiful and awesome and 1 hour there wasn’t enough in the least bit. I could see if Quebec City was say an hour away or something. But, it was a 15-20 minute drive away from the big city. No need to take away from the falls. I think a minimum of 2 hours upwards of 3 should be allowed in the future. They had cable cars you could explore, zip lining, stairs one could climb, suspension bridge to go and walk across. Soooo much one could do there, but not in 1 hour. That sucked to me! 5 hours in Quebec City was like an overkill. I can see at best 3-4 hours and that’s it. Good shopping there, a lot of boutique like places, but they all looked the same to me! Take some time from there and add to Montromency Falls adventure. 2nd, our guide kept mentioning to folks about the cruise the cruise and whether one paid for the cruise package or not. Your webpage should offer this to travelers so one can either pay for it or not. Tour guide shouldn’t be the only to know about a cruise and not the webpage. So, it seems like a disconnect right there for some reason. All and all, nice tour, good time, ride on the bus was very safe going 3 hours each way! I had a good time!

This is a good tour overall and worth the cost of the ticket (without the optional cruise which doubles the price). Our tour day was 14 hours and I don't recommend it for young children. We enjoyed the opportunity to see Quebec City and appreciated its unique charm history. Our guide, Rebecca, was expert in French, English and Mandarin and she was a good resource for information. That said, the size of the group makes the experience a bit chaotic as many guests don't comply with instructions. Most important--the tour description does not mention the physical requirements of navigating from the lower city to the upper--many, many stairs and steep uphill climbs. I recommend you save your energy and take the Funicular. It's much easier to walk down than up.

Booking, hotel pickup and communication are very good. Just clarify the cruise inclusion and additional cost during bookings.
