We were picked up at our hotel by great driver. Bus was full with guide who was difficult to understand because other passengers were talking constantly. Arrived in Quebec and met another guide who did the most basic tour of ~45 minutes. Lots of stairs. We then had 4 hours of free time which was nice. Return bus trip was uneventful.

From start to finish, it was very informative and very easy. William was a great guide and again, made things seem less. I highly recommend this tour to anyone in Montreal who wants to get away for the day to Quebec City. Tips: My wife and I didn't do the cruise and glad we didn't. We immersed ourselves in Quebec City and you NEED all 3 hours to do so. Lunch: We ate at Le Lapin Saute (In lower town) We sat outside, had a bottle of wine and I had the Rabbit pot pie. FANTASTIC. Cafes: all in upper town, those are the ones we enjoyed. Again, go be a tourist for the day, enjoy, and immerse yourself into this romantic city.

It was bilingual English/French. This can be a little tiring. Quebec City is definitely worth the trip.

Overall, this was an extremely well-organised tour and a great way to experience both Montmorency Falls and Quebec City. There were several things that really stood out positively, alongside one area that I think could definitely be improved. Positives: * The trip is extremely well organised and the team are fantastic when it comes to communication. * Prior to the tour I received a text with details about the driver picking me up from my hotel, including the driver’s name and the make of car, which felt both professional and reassuring. I then received another message from William, the tour guide, with additional information about the tour itself. Honestly, 10/10 for communication throughout. * William was a fantastic tour guide, knowledgeable, funny, and extremely engaging. My original plan was to sleep on the bus because of the early start time, but I ended up staying awake listening to his facts and stories about the area instead. Watching him effortlessly switch between English, French, and Spanish was genuinely impressive. Give him a raise! * The bus itself was clean and comfortable, with charging ports at every seat, a footrest, and even a rubbish bin available. There is also overhead storage, which meant you could leave bags or snacks on the bus during stops instead of carrying everything around with you. * Being able to purchase attraction tickets directly from the tour guide on the bus was a huge plus. Not only was there a discount, but it also saved time from having to queue separately, which gave more time to actually explore the falls and Quebec City. * William also provided a detailed list of restaurants, cafés, and shops to check out during the free time in Quebec City, which was very helpful. Areas for Improvement: * This is partly on me because I should have researched the falls more beforehand, but I do think it could be useful information to share with future guests. At Montmorency Falls there is a zip line experience across the falls for around $30. I only noticed it halfway through my visit and unfortunately did not have enough time left to do it and still make it back to the bus comfortably. Perhaps this activity could be mentioned in the pre-tour text message sent to guests the day before so people can plan ahead. * The Quebec City walking tour guide unfortunately did not match the quality of the rest of the experience. I personally found the style too theatrical and at times somewhat condescending. I normally love historical walking tours, but I ended up leaving partway through and booking a different tour through the tourist information centre instead. That tour felt much more detailed and engaging for me personally. Since the rest of the day was so well organised and enjoyable, this part stood out as the weakest aspect of the experience. * A general suggestion, it might also be nice to consider pairing solo travellers who speak the same language together on the bus where possible. Since guest booking details are already collected, this could help create a more social and comfortable experience for those travelling alone.

The ride to and from Quebec City is pleasant. I wished we had received a little more information from the guide, but they did a good job as a tour host. Quebec City is glorious! There may be some construction on top, so the day we went the shops at River level were more accessible and the atmosphere was better.

Worth the trip. The falls were beautiful. Felt like I was in Europe when we went to Quebec City. Our tour guide was great.

Quebec is really fun, has a European feel, tours are very cost-effective, with accompanying explanations, very professional tour team, will choose this next time!

Make sure the cable car to the top of the falls is in service. Overall the tour is worth it, but with the cable car not running you waste an hour of the trip waiting in the rest area for the bus to return. That hour could have been spent in Quebec City instead of sitting around waiting.

William our tour guide was very impressive in explaining the history or Montreal and Quebec in detail. Definitely enjoyed the tour.
