1.00We booked a week in advance and they sent me a message 2 days before trip saying they would cancel this trip due to insufficient bookings . They had no availability until after we left Amsterdam completely sad . They did refund and communicate with us but still cancelled .

5.00This tour was more than we expected!!! Everything was well planned out and our guide William was so impressive. He spoke four languages and translated for everyone on the bus. The tour had enough free time to do our own exploring. Highly recommend this tour to others.

3.00The tour would be very interesting, if it were not wasted around 2 hours on the - optional - visit to an ice hotel of little interest. And because of that waste of time, we arrived too late to a crowded Quebec City - where, after a too quick visit, it was very difficult get a place for lunch. Bad organization !
