In the afternoon, step back in time with a guided tour of Pompeii’s ancient ruins. Stroll through streets, villas, temples, and theaters, imagining life in this Roman city before the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. Your guide will tailor the visit to daily conditions to ensure the most engaging experience.
Cruise passengers should provide their ship’s name to guarantee a timely return to port, making this day a perfect blend of history, culture, and stunning coastal scenery.

A live official guide inside the Pompeii ruins is guaranteed for language groups with a minimum of 6 participants. For groups of less than 6 passengers, the live guide will be replaced by an official interactive audioguide, and the total cost of the tour remains the same.
When the booking arrives 8 hours before the start time, the ONLY pick-up point is Starhotels Terminus in Piazza Garibaldi.
The Pickup time MUST BE confirmed via the dashboard based on your accommodation. Tour Departure is NOT the pickup time.

5.00Geppi was vey entertaining and informative and was focused on the group through the whole tour. He gave us excellent local knowledge of places to eat. I felt safe in the bus the entire time. Giovanni is obviously a skilled driver and knows his vehicle well. Navigating the narrow roads seemed easy to him. All in all a great day worth the money. The tour was 8 hours but to be expected for what you want to see.
We didn’t know what to expect but it was more than we expected and doing a boat ride topped it off. Thanks Geppi & Giova

5.00My husband and I did the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii trip and had a fantastic time! Our guide Gippe was amazing - his enthusiasm, kindness and knowledge made the trip even more enjoyable. Our driver Giovanni was very attentive on the road and made us feel safe going up and down the coast. I highly recommend both Gippe and Giovanni!

5.00My family and I only had the day to explore as we were part of a cruise that docked in Naples. This was exactly the tour we needed to see both Amalfi and Pompeii. With so much to cover, the small group helps move things along quicker. Clemente was funny and a great tour guide while Maurizio (the driver) got us to all of our destinations quickly and safely. I would recommend this tour especially those who have limited time like those on a cruise!

5.00Clemente our guide was energetic, helpful and did a fantastic job leading our group. Our driver Maurizio was phenomenal because driving in Italy was no joke. There were times that less than 3 inches separated our bus with another vehicle. It was a splendid tour.

5.00Tour was exceptional. I was originally planning to take a ferry from Naples to Amalfi but I wanted throw Pompei into our trip. This tour fit the bill. It did both. Great comfortable van and great Pompei tour. Walked around Amalfi a bit. Clemente and Mauricio were fabulous. Our tour guide Clemente was awesome. You pay a bit more but worth every penny.
