Flora was an excellent guide. Pick up was easy. Clear instructions. Very knowledgeable. And the Amalfi coast and Pompeii speak for themselves. Gorgeous! Thank you for a spectacular day!

We booked the full day tour from Naples to Amalfi and Pompeii, with the optional boat cruise at Amalfi. From start to finish Titti was friendly, organised and an absolute wealth of knowledge and tips - we really enjoyed the day. Driver Antonio was a legend, he made driving through the narrow roads and hairpin corners look easy. We would highly recommend this tour.

It was truly a very beautiful day! Everything was perfectly organized, and with Rosario as the driver and Dayana as the tour guide, the trip to Amalfi and Pompeii was simply perfect - highly recommended.

It was all incredible. Paola was extremely helpful and professional. Even though we did not speak English, she did the whole tour explaining everything in English and then in Spanish, making sure at every moment if we had understood. I recommend not only the tour with the company WorldTour, but also the guide Paola, she made everything to be perfect.

This was a "World Tours" tour booked through cruise travel agent. It included "Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast Combo Tour". Conducted March 14, 2026. It was a poorly managed tour. We have toured many times in many places, but this tour guide seemed to be more interested in merging another tour with ours, eliminating a bus, and adding an optional boat excursion, for which we had no additional time, and which would take away from the local shopping tour and lunch. The facts: We met at 8:00 AM, warned to be on time, and to allow a 10 minute delay. Our party of 6 plus another 6-10 people were on the bus, on time, but waited until 8:30 before we left. We added another 6 or so travelers, which we suspect had booked a boat tour as well. We were then offered an optional boat tour for an additional €15. We were to visit Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. The boat tour was an unanticipated addition. Probably the addition of the boat tour sunk this tour! Right from the start we suspected a tight schedule. We were to drive along the Amalfi coast, disembark at the harbor around 10 AM, and meet the bus by 12:45 PM. Then the plan was to get to Pompeii by 2:00 PM. And return to the ship before it left at 5:30 PM. Pompeii to Naples is a good 1 plus hour! The town, the lunch, the shops were great. Not sure how our boating brethren did but we opted out since we would need to get off the bus, and board the boat. We felt there was not enough time. So when we finally got to Pompeii at about 2 PM, 6 hours after we left Naples, we had to park, walk about a quarter to 1/2 a mile to the entrance, and take a toilet break since we had not done so prior to getting on the bus at Amalfi. Moving 20 people off the bus, and through the few public toilets cannot be done quickly! So it's now 2:30 or so, and we , 20 or so tourists, are off to the races, rushed into the park, and our guide, who we were told was instructed to move quickly, dutifully did so. The pace was so fast, 2 of our party had to run to the front of the line to tell him several of us were bailing out, the pace was too fast, and he was spitting out the information so fast that we could not even stop him long enough to raise our concerns! Most tour guides are concerned with our slower members. None of that concern was on display here! There was a rush not to miss the boat! There was a bike race that day, but that was anticipated and should have been factored in. And we have been on many similar tours, including recent excursions on Santorini and Ephesus. The way we were rushed was very atypical, all of us could have managed a slightly more normal pace. My question was why did we plan on getting to Pompeii so late, and why did we include a boat tour which was never part of the itinerary? Did this compromise our timing? Our driver Frensceso was great, skilled, and handled our bus through some difficult traffic and turns along the winding mountainous roads! I cannot comment on our Pompeii tour guide, never had a chance to talk with him, and our official tour guide "Fely", short for Felicia or Felicity just came up short. She was too busy to hear my questions, or was too concerned with speeding the pace. I really hate to be critical, but we have traveled to Italy several times, and this was the first, maybe my last opportunity to have seen and visited Pompeii. As a minimum, this experience needs to be shared with others. We were not happy! I expected a much more professional tour! Orhan S

The guide and the driver were professional and kind, the best part of the excursion. However, the organization of World Tours was disastrous: the tour was clearly rescheduled to favor 7 cruise passengers, harming the rest. Additionally, the €30 menu was of very low quality. With a yellow alert for strong winds, they only offered to attend or be considered a "no show," without providing reasonable alternatives or options. Very poor management and disappointing experience. Congratulations again to Giovanni and Bruno for their work, professionalism, and responses; everything has been said about World Tours.

Joining up is smooth and reassuring. On the way to Amalfi, it was refreshing and fun to explain the different small towns. At Pompei, you can ask questions while listening to archaeologists explain and travel back 2,000 years with a better understanding. It was so much fun that I wanted to participate again. The bus drivers, guides and tour participants were also kind and comfortable. The guides speak more than five languages, one of which is Japanese. I have a deep understanding of Japanese culture and the badge on my backpack was also from Japan♡ If you are going to Amalfi or Pompei from Japan, this tour is for you!
