Amazing day very well organised from pick up to drop off…. The journey was full of informative facts from our guide marco and a pleasant drive by vittorio. The stops were perfect for a break and to view the attractions. The limoncello factory was set in an idyllic location and the drinks were gorgeous. Amalfi was busy but what an experience food drink and lemon sorbet were timed perfectly before moving on to Pompeii, where our guide Ines was funny but professional and gave us an insight into the life of the inhabitants of Pompeii. Thank you for the best day never to be forgotten

Our driver and tour guide in Pompeii we're very informative and funny. It was a very enjoyable trip. Unfortunately the lunch was not the best. Our tour guide in Pompeii was an archaeologist and had worked digging on the site for many years before becoming a tour guide.

Our tour guide Alessandra S was magnifico! Kept our group well informed of timelines and transportation issues, told great stories, and answered all of our questions. I wish our stop in Sorrento was just 10 minutes longer. The DiCapri Limoncello stop was crowded and did not have long enough to enjoy it.

  • Read Carefully if You Are Bringing a Baby or Toddler

We booked the tour with three adults and an 18 month old baby. We looked for a tour that we would be able to do with a baby because you can be limited by this. This tour seemed fine and I put in stroller accessible. I had to put the baby's age and was asked if I needed a car seat. We have the Doona that converts to a car seat and is a stroller. When we got there, the driver of the van told us that my daughter would have to hold the baby. We explained that the car seat was for the baby and showed him how it folded down into it. The driver said there isn't room for a car seat. We were very disappointed because we wanted to keep the baby safe and would never drive without putting the baby in a car seat - it is the law where we live. This tour was not a simple drive through town. We drove around 3 hours that day total and the Amalfi coast is quite rigorous. If you book a tour and specify that you have a baby and car seats are available then you should honor this. The tour was nice, but we did not have peace of mind during the tour. My daughter was upset at the very beginning of the tour because of this. The tour guide was nice, but we did not understand him for most of what he spoke. The other people on the van that spoke the other language he spoke said they could not understand as well. We explained about the microphone not working and he corrected for a bit but then went right back to using the microphone. One couple spoke both languages and they said they could not understand him. It is a shame because your tour guide makes the difference.
