We will visit the new visitor center, where you can learn about the history, culture and natural environment. Here, visitors can interact with educational exhibits, and watch a short film celebrating the local landscape.
Then, we will visit the Nispero Zoo and Botanical Garden, It has 94 species of animals and a great variety of native and exotic plants. Among the most important are the jaguar, macaws, deer, and ostrich, among others.
Our guide will take you to the Butterfly Haven, It consists of a House of Flying with hundreds of beautiful tropical butterflies and an educational station.
Time for a little walk at the Cerro Macho where there is a waterfall is located 1.2 miles and is one of Anton Valley’s most accessible hikes.
We will take a break for lunch and our guide will suggest some of the local restaurants.
Finally, we will visit the local public market where you can find handmade crafts and souvenirs.
We will head back to your resort and will be there around 3:45 pm.

Our guide will collect you at 8:00 am from your resort and drive for about 1 hour up to Anton Valley a charming tourist destination surrounded by the mountains of the Gaital Volcano.

5.00Levy from layover Panama was also a very professional guide with a perfect English accent and very fun to be with. We enjoyed Anton valley tour with him and it is a nice place to visit. He was very accommodating to our needs, especially that we were travelling with a 2 years old baby. He was patient with us and helped visit all the places we wanted to visit and still fit it in 1 day only. All the places we did was worth it, except the hot springs over there that I recommend skipping. I heard already bad reviews about but I still wanted to check it out. I agreed to pay the $5 entrance fee for myself only to check it out, knowing I won’t get a refund if I don’t like it. They allowed Levy to come in with me as the guide. I knew right away it wasn’t the kind of hot spring I am looking for. But levy showed me a very cool things there that made my $5 worth it: two walls facing each other but far from each other, and if you whisper inside one wall, the person on the other wall would hear you. It was a cool natural wifi signal to try !
