Tour was quite good. A lot of uphill walking in Montepulciano. Wine tour was only so so. Food was not great and didn’t love the wine.

A good day' s outing to see the sights of Umbria, Tuscany and Montepulciano. The coach was comfortable and the amount of time driving was reasonable. Our "wine tasting" was nothing like expected. Nor was the lunch. We were shuffled into a large restaurant with another 3 tour groups, and feed some pretty mediocre food! The wine tasting consisted of having 3 different wines on the table at your setting, and a lovely Italian lady with a microphone trying to make herself heard over the noise of the crowd - and it WAS noisy. Totally unsatisfactory - you couldn't understand her, so you had no idea about the wines - it's the most bizarre wine tasting I've ever had - dont get you hopes up. Apart from that we were not warned about the strenous walk required to visit the "dying city" of Bagnoregio - our guide, Pari, did mention that those not wanting to do the walk, could stay and have a coffee, but when you have 1 hr at a place, you hardly want to drink coffee for the duration. There was nothing else to see or do. Pari was an excellent guide - she kept us informed on where we were going, and when we got there made sure that we all knew what time to meet and where etc. Her english was good and so was her sense of humour.

Exactly what you need to do to see the Tuscany county side. Beautiful scenery with a wonderful guide, Pari. She was so helpful and kind, she explained in detail what we were seeing and doing. She sent text through the app to the tour group that my wife loved. Lots of detail and explanation on what was coming up next. The food was amazing and the wine tasting actually had lots to taste, the sisters at the winery did an amazing job as well.

Our driver Giovanni and our tour guide were wonderful. We were able to enjoy the beautiful countryside, shop and sightsee the beautiful streets of Montepuciano. Would highly recommend. Wear comfortable walking shoes. The tour offered multiple stops along the way to enjoy refreshments and use the bathroom as well. We had such a nice day making core memories as a family

Long day of travel. Transportation was solid. Guide was very knowledge, however I would prefer less talking on such a long bus ride. I would also recommend dropping stop at church after wine tasting. Not needed for such a long day.

I highly recommend this day-long trip to Tuscany and Montepulciano. The bus ride is long, but not too long. The countryside is beautiful and worth your time. I did not find the lunch amazing. To be fair, feeding 50+ people on a tight timeline is, I am sure, difficult. Montepulciano is awesome and a great visit. The walk around this spot is very steep, but you have plenty of time to visit, so you won't need to push yourself.

We had a great time today. The views were beautiful of the mountains, vineyards, and charming towns we visited. Our tour assistant was very energetic and lively. My cons.... We were told we would have time on our own at the sites, but most of the times were cut short. We were told we would have 30 minutes at the Piazza grande stop, but it ended up being more like 18 minutes. More time should be offered here and less at the random ' photo op ' church area that took five minutes to see. We were also told we would see the luxurious poppy gardens and we never heard of saw more after the mention. Too many 'pee pee stops'; most of bus wanted to not stop at the same place we had on the way there a second time. If we have to stop, why not show us something new? If the coach bus had bathrooms, it would alleviate a lot of travel time so guests could enjoy more at the stops.

Best tour ever! Alessandro & Mussolini insured that everyone had a wonderful time! Alessandro was very knowledgeable & relating to the teams & families at our stops to take great care of us all. The wine family at Pulciano were warmed & welcoming. The wines & food were delicious. Their history goes to the 16th century!!! Heart & soul! Barbara was awesome showing us around town & explaining Montepalciano rich history. The stops there & back at Fabro topped it off with samples, cappuccino & bathrooms! Thx for a memorable experience. Keep up the nice work!
