Your first stop is Montepulciano, a town renowned for its fine wine and views. The Renaissance hilltown is best-known for its production of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, a full-bodied red wine. Learn about it on a walking tour and discover highlights such as the Florence-style clock tower, the cathedral with its yet-to-be-finished façade, medieval wine cellars and the old town walls.

It was such a beautiful and lovely tour. Our tour guide is Anna and the driver is Luca. They make such a great team! We love all the places included in the tour. Food and drinks were excellent.

Lovely day trip. Chiara was a great guide (and so was the other Chiara :-) Highly recommend. Dealt well with the cold weather and rain - but got some sun and rainbows.

Thank you, Jonathan, for guiding us through Tuscany and Montepulciano. Your excellent knowledge and perfectly planned day gave us the ideal mix of stops, rest, wine, food, snacks, and walking. It was an unforgettable experience! We did this tour with our 7 yr old daughter and she loved it ! The scenery was most excellent.

My friend and I took the Tuscany tour with Erica. We stopped for coffee and restrooms at a lovely wine and olive oil business. Then went to the beautiful town of Montepulciano. We had a fabulous guide through the town and some time to shop. It is a wonderful mix of a Mideival and Renaissance architecture. We then went to lunch and a cheese and wine tasting. The winery was gorgeous and the food was some of the best we had eaten. The dessert served with the Vin Santo was a highlight. We ended our tour in Pienza. We had time to see the beautiful church, shop, enjoy the views and eat gelato. We tried the Pecorino gelato and it was amazingly delicious. We had a wonderful trip back. Val our driver was excellent. I would highly recommend thus trip. I would definitely take thus one again. November is a great time to take this it is not crowded.
