What To Expect
Piazza dei Miracoli
Enjoy the marvels inside the Piazza dei Miracoli, 4 monuments: The Baptistery (famous for its echo), the Cathedral, the Leaning Tower, the Cemetery. Take a souvenir photo with the background of the leaning Toore that you are holding.
Battistero di San Giovanni
The Pisa Baptistery of St. John (Italian: Battistero di San Giovanni) is a Roman Catholic ecclesiastical building in Pisa, Italy. Construction started in 1152 to replace an older baptistery, and when it was completed in 1363, it became the second building, in chronological order, in the Piazza dei Miracoli. The shape of the building, the material used, the distribution of the interior spaces given by the columns and the space between the two domes make the Baptistery create an incredible effect of acoustic resonance, better known as Echo. The sound spreads throughout the space, like a continuous wave, rising in tonality to the point of suggesting the presence of an angelic choir. Every half hour the Baptistery staff performs a small demonstration for tourists: the effect is not to be missed.

5.00Our driver, Emanuele and our tour guide, Rishi were phenomenal! We predominantly interacted with our guide; our tour included a small group to Pisa and Florence. Rishi had a love for Florence, especially, that was evident in the history and facts he gave. We were privileged to see the city through his eyes. Although it was a long day, this was a tour worth taking! Well done!

5.00Nariman gave me the best tour I could ever ask for, I always like taking tours wherever I go but I've never had a tour like I did and never think I'm going to ever again. I was the only one to book for the day but unlike other companies they still did the tour. Roberto was our driver and was beyond professional. Nariman was such a joy to have a tour with. He treated me with such joy that it felt like having fun with a friend. On top of that he's the best photographer ever, he will make you look like a million bucks. But when we got to Florence, Giovanni was just as good if not better of a tour guide. He brought me knowing nothing about Rome, Middle ages or the Renaissance to a point where I can now teach others what he taught me, like having a history professor make a movie just for you. Florence wasn't just a city to him it was his home and he made me see why it was the best city in the world. Nariman and Giovanni don't just know their stuff they love their jobs and it really shows in every single moment. I could not ask for a better tour. Plus Roberto looks like Jason Statham, but you didn't hear that from me.

5.00We had a great experience on this tour. Everything was well organized, and enough time was given at each place to explore comfortably. The guides shared interesting history and information, which made the visits more enjoyable. A special thanks to Nariman, Giovanni and Alessandro for being cheerful, patient, and very supportive throughout the trip. The staff was friendly, approachable, and especially helpful to the elderly members in our group. They kept everyone engaged and were always happy to answer our questions. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

My mother is elderly and has difficulty walking, so during the tour there were moments when she fell behind and could not keep up with the group. However, thanks to the incredible kindness and leadership of our tour leader, Nariman, she was still able to fully participate and enjoy the experience. Nariman thoughtfully walked slowly with my mother along an alternate path to the final destination so she would not feel left behind. He took beautiful photos for us and kept her company with warmth and humor along the way. Because of his considerate care, even with her painful legs, my mother was able to see the magnificent Duomo Cathedral and experience the beauty of Florence. We are sincerely thankful for his compassion and attentiveness. Tour Leader: Nariman He was the most joyful and engaging tour leader we could have hoped for. During the drive, he explained Italy’s geography, history, and regional specialties in such an entertaining and easy-to-understand way that everything stayed clearly in our minds. His storytelling made the journey both educational and fun. Driver: Alessandro He drove safely and efficiently even through heavy highway traffic. We were especially impressed by his thoughtful gesture of shielding the navigation light with his arm so that passengers in the back would not be disturbed by the glare. Such small details show true professionalism and care. Tour Guide in Florence: Giovanni With his deep knowledge and extensive experience, he greatly enhanced our understanding of Florence’s architecture, sculptures, and artworks. 5.00We were so happy with our tour leader Nariman, driver Roberto and Florence Tour guide Giovanni. It was a very long day but everything went perfect. From communication pre-tour to confirm pick-up time and address, to picking us up on time and communicating via WhatsApp. Our tour leader Nariman was very knowledgeable and engaging, even after a long trip. We had a wonderful and comfortable drive via private van from Rome to Pisa then Florence and returning back to Rome. Highly recommend this tour for those basing their stay in Rome and would like to get a highlight tour of key places to visit in Pisa and Florence with a guided tour explaining every detail. We are so happy we chose this tour, we would not have been able to see everything if we went by train and did it ourselves.

5.00I made the tour with the Welcome Italy to Florence and Pisa from Rome and it was a wonderful experience! From the beginning everything was very organized, punctual and well explained. The transportation was comfortable, the assistant extremely attentive and prepared, sharing interesting historical information without leaving the trip tiring. Florence is simply charming and Pisa was a dream fulfilled! It was amazing to live close to places that I always admired in the photos. I highly recommend for those who want to know these destinations in a day with tranquility and good organization. I would definitely do it again! Elen (assistant), Fábio (driver), perfect!
