Piazza dei Miracoli
Enjoy the marvels inside the Piazza dei Miracoli, 4 monuments: The Baptistery (famous for its echo), the Cathedral, the Leaning Tower, the Cemetery. Take a souvenir photo with the background of the leaning Toore that you are holding.
Battistero di San Giovanni
The Pisa Baptistery of St. John (Italian: Battistero di San Giovanni) is a Roman Catholic ecclesiastical building in Pisa, Italy. Construction started in 1152 to replace an older baptistery, and when it was completed in 1363, it became the second building, in chronological order, in the Piazza dei Miracoli. The shape of the building, the material used, the distribution of the interior spaces given by the columns and the space between the two domes make the Baptistery create an incredible effect of acoustic resonance, better known as Echo. The sound spreads throughout the space, like a continuous wave, rising in tonality to the point of suggesting the presence of an angelic choir. Every half hour the Baptistery staff performs a small demonstration for tourists: the effect is not to be missed.

Malak was a wonderful tour guide on our trip. We ended up having essentially a private trip to Pisa and Florence. Fabio got us there quickly and safely. It was an amazing day and Malak was great with recommendations and taking our photos. Highly recommend!!

I recently visited Italy and booked two tours with Welcome Italy — one to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, and another to Florence and Pisa — and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and beautifully organised. The team truly removed all the stress from travelling, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the journey. Each location was thoughtfully chosen, with breathtaking views and well-paced stops that made the experience feel both enriching and effortless. A special thank you to Roberto, who is an exceptional driver — professional, reliable, and a pleasure to travel with. I’d also like to warmly thank Imane and JB, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to answer any questions. Their presence made the tours feel even more welcoming and personal. If you’re looking for a smooth, well-curated, and enjoyable way to explore Italy, I would highly recommend Welcome Italy.

This Tour was great, we got picked up from our hotel and travelled to Pisa, unfortunately we only got to go into one of the 3 buildings but our guide was great he helped everyone with their photos with the leaning tower of pisa and gave us free time to explore. After Pisa we travelled to Florence and was dropped off in a square for lunch. The square wasnt great and didn't like the tuscan pasta as was too thick also this area was high for pick pockets. Highly dont recommend going into the shopping centre as was over crowded and hard to move. Once we got our guide we visited a few placed seeing Michael Angiolos work specifically David. The marble buildings etc was so fascinating and he provided loads of information. Good experience, I recommend going on this Tour.

Malak was our tour guide and Giordano was our driver. They promptly picked us up early morning in their mini-van at our hotel. In total, there was a group of five on this tour. Malak was personable, attentive, and informative. We had one stop on the way from Rome to Pisa at a gas station where we had a short break for restrooms, snacks, and drinks. Once we got to Pisa, Malak was very helpful in taking group pictures for us especially at the Leaning Tower. Then, we had a break for a proper lunch at a nice restaurant and free time to shop. Afterwards, Malak introduced us to the local guide who walked us to the museum where we saw the Statue of David and then we walked through the crowded streets of Florence for more sights and history. The final stop was a great photo op at an overlook of Florence. On our way back to Rome, we had a stop at a gas station for another restroom break and picked up good sandwiches. It was a perfect break since everybody was hungry and tired by this time. We were dropped off directly at our hotel. It was a long day and tiring at times, but it was a great experience and well worth it. Pisa and Florence are beautiful places to see and learn about. It was a joy having Malak as our guide. One suggestion that I have is to take a power bank since there is nowhere in the van to charge your phone.

This trip was unforgettable! Rishi was great and the pacing of the tour was perfect. Really enjoyed that Pisa was included in the tour. Florence was breathtaking! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. Will definitely be back to give Florence a proper visit!
