Costa Rica's Senor Scissorhands Topiary
Sightseeing all the nature from San Jose to most scenic views and typical towns in Costa Rica. Experience Costa Rican small town life. 45 minutes after is Bajos del Toro, this is a village on the backside of the Poas Volcano full of magic. It has the most beautiful waterfalls in Costa Rica. We start hiking over 1h to get to the 1st waterfall, the trail begins nearby the river, we will find 3 more waterfalls, a Crying cave and spots to swim into the nature. At the end we highly suggest to lunch at the Silencio lodge on where we can arrange proper reservation. There is nothing written in stone for this tour and others. This is the fun part of this service. We can suggest places to see and we can stop at any point for pictures, food or great coffee. The service includes a personal driver on 4WD car who will pick you and show you accordingly to the point of interest you want to go. Important. Admission fees, tours and food, is not included

5.00We wanted to "get off the beaten path" in Costa Rica and Manuel delivered more fun than we had in years. Manuel is a wonderful person and guide, and he took us to Bajos del Toro, an area frequented mostly by locals. It was an adventure on winding roads climbing through the cloud forest to arrive at some of the most spectacular scenery in Costa Rica. It was truly a memorable experience, and we definitely made a local friend in Manuel.

5.00If you are considering booking with Jose and Get a Local Friend, DO IT. Jose is an incredible guide and set my boyfriend and I up with the best experiences. He booked our ziplining tour in Monteverde and our guided trip to Manuel Antonio National Park, but he also took us on a guided ATV tour to a waterfall about an hour away from Manuel Antonio where we swam, went down natural slides, and jumped from cliffs. It was the highlight of our trip. We have to go back to Costa Rica soon to do all the other things he recommended!! Thank you Jose :)
