5.00Loyd Shin was very professional and so courteous. He really went out of his way for my family of 15. Very knowledgeable and spoke very clearly to my USA Filipino family. The DMZ, Seoul, Jeju Island and Busan. So amazing tour guide. He immersed our experience in Korean BBQ restaurants and very flexible our needs for McDonalds ha ha ha. Give him a raise now. 5.00Had an amazing time on the Seoul private tour with Lloyd Shin (L.Shin from SeoulCity)! He explained everything so clearly and in such a simple, engaging way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. He was incredibly sweet, kind, and took great care of us throughout the tour ; even apologising for the weather when it wasn’t even his fault 😄. He also shared thoughtful little gifts like a fridge magnet and nori sheets at the end, which was such a lovely touch. Truly one of the best travel guides ever, and I learned so much while having a great adventure around Seoul!

Mr. Shin was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, and hidden gems throughout Seoul 🏯🚇🍜. Instead of feeling like a scripted tour, the entire experience felt personal, relaxed, and perfectly customized to what we wanted to see and experience. We visited famous landmarks, explored local neighborhoods, and enjoyed amazing food spots that we never would have discovered on our own 🍢☕🏙️ (K Pop museum for example). The pace was perfect, and Lloyd answered every question with so much detail, patience, and enthusiasm. He also helped us better understand Korean culture, transportation, and local customs, like how to properly eat Korean BBQ (yummy 😋 🤤) which made the rest of our trip so much easier 🙌.
