The schedule is tight so you do not have enough time at the sightseeing. But the places were nice even though it was raining the entire day. Our tour guide was irritated all the time this could improve.

Although I thought the day was fun, I felt very rushed to move through all the experiences and didn't get to saver a lot of the moments. Only when we got to the Sydney Zoo, I felt we had a little bit more time to relax and enjoy that part of the tour.

Was a good experience; was able to get some nice photos~ just felt SUPER rushed. Everything was so quick bc the driver was running like 45 mins late first thing in the morning so I don’t feel like I got to soak everything in like I should have. Probably would’ve been a better experience if the driver was on time.

First off our tour guide Bruno was awesome!!! If this review were solely about him it would be a 5/5. We got picked up late bc someone got sick in the back of the bus and he had to clean it up. That was understandable but that made the remainder of the tour seem a bit rushed. The lunch stop should be changed to a diff location. It was a VERY BUSY area and it was tough to get food as we had limited time due to the late start in the morning and were forced to eat on the bus which was very uncomfortable especially since I had my 4yo and 2yo with me. The food options were also not that great. We didn’t get a pic with the koala’s bc by the time we got to the zoo they were closing it down in 15 mins which forced everyone to rush to the back of the zoo for the pic and I didn’t make it in time again bc I had two little ones with me and moving fast can be a challenge. They were very disappointed to not get the koala experience and photo. The stop at the mountain was crazy. People everywhere and the lines were a bit long and again felt rushed. We were told to take only the shortest routes to make it back on time and just felt rushed the entire time. Bruno tried spoke with his superiors for us to get more time. He really tried but again the entire day just felt rushed. I would do the trip again though and would request Bruno. He was great!!!

The guide was excellent. Stopped at a wonderful town with boutique shops for lunch. But there was a huge lineup to get on the cable car (almost an hour), which made everything very rushed. Did not get a chance to go down to the lower level of the valley to see the dinosaurs.

From booking, pick up location to tour and drop off, communication was perfect. Our Tour Guide Lydia and driver were the best! I was on this trip solo and it was so much fun. Definitely recommend for families and solo travelers.
