5.00This is the perfect way to experience Kosovo. Being able to see both cities, the newly rebuilt capital and the hidden gem of Prizren, was amazing. Also, the beauty of the countryside when going from place to place was just stunning. Armela is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful guide that you would be lucky to get for this tour!

5.00Had initially booked with another agency for prizren only but was moved onto this tour as that wasnt running. Be aware its a very long day and you may encounter delays as with all border crossings. However i am so glad i went on this tour as Armela was an excellent guide. Prizren is beautiful as expected but although Prishtina wont win any beauty contests i can fully understand why it is included on the tour. This is where Armela came into her own. Being a journalist and talking passionately about the atrocities of the past added more gravitas by being in the locations around the city in person. I whole heartedly recommend you visit this young and dynamic country now and this tour was an ideal way to start.
Treat this as transport only, and allow extra time

3.00I’m so conflicted as to how to rate this trip. It was overall OK, but a long way from great. During this holiday I’ve done over 20 day trip style excursions. Some were terrible, some were perfect, this was somewhere in the middle. The biggest issue for me was that it wasn’t really presented as advertised. The ad suggests it will be about 10 hours, and it wasn’t until we were on the road that the guide said we’d be home after 8pm rather than around 5… It ended up being closer to 9pm… so it was over 14 hours, or 4 hours longer than advertised, and an hour later than the guide advised during the journey. Perhaps that doesn’t seem like a big deal, but when we spent extra time planning our holiday to book trips on certain days based on the rest we could get in between. Had we known this wouldn’t be back til after 8pm we would. It have booked a very early start the following day. On to the tour itself. The guide was engaging on the bus, however beyond that she seemed unable to command the interest of the group, it was a small group of perhaps 12-15 people and she just didn’t seem interested in making sure everyone was engaged in the information. I think the trip would be better if the bus simply dropped you in each location and gave you a time to meet to be picked up and driven to the next. The time spent with the guide seemed largely wasted. If I were to do this again I’d just use it as transport and show myself around each city. All of that said, the price was quite reasonable for the distance covered.

5.00Orlanda was an amazing guide and this was my favorite day trip during my stay in Albania. It is a very long day but the bus was comfortable (with a/c and wifi) and Orlanda provided a lot of great information along the way. There was enough time in each stop and I didn’t feel rushed. Prizren is beautiful and Kosovo’s history is truly fascinating.

5.00A wonderful day out with Mila, a first - class guide in every sense of the word whose command of the English language is second to none. Mila is clearly a very well- educated young lady. Mila was extremely informative - I love history - she is also a really friendly, helpful person, which only added to the experience. The group also gelled well as a whole - we were a mixture of British, American, Brazilian, Swedish, German and French, which made for an overall brilliant day’s trip, and I do believe everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
