  Feliz, our tour guide from BG Tours, was great and fun to spend the day with. He sheparded a group of 11 to each of their individual sightseeing destinations with skill and humor. And Niagara Falls was impressive and beautiful. The whole day was a highlight to my trip and will always be a very memorable experience.

  Overall amazing experience! Our tour guide was knowledgable and not boring at all! Would recommend for sure! :) Pros: lots of pit stops before the Niagara Falls site. Many things to see for photos. Informative. Bus is clean. Cons: Little time to explore each area. We had a big bus and it was pretty full.

  Bernard the tour guide was great. He spoke multiple languages and gave commentary on sights to see along the drive. Niagara Falls area itself was really cool but expensive for food and entertainment. Stopped at Niagara Falls Helicopter Tours for optional helicopter tour. If you didn’t want to do this, Bernard took you to food / drink tasting which was including in the price.

  OK the positives first. Pick up was easy and the tour guide was friendly. Niagra falls was amazing. The negatives, the first thing the guide said before we even took our seats was to tell us what tip we needed to leave. He had a sheet with the amount beside everyones name.There was no suspension at all in the back of the bus, it was very painful and jarred my back. The other passengers at the back voiced the same opinion. This made the bus trip pretty miserable for me. I would suggest doing Niagra Falls on your own, journey under the falls was underwhelming, you queue up to walk down a tunnel.to see the sheets of water cascading, not worth it in my opinion, the view above ground is better. The boat trip was fantastic and there was a fabulous ice cream stop at the exit. I can revommend the black cherry! If I had to do it again I would either drive myself or get a bus to Niagra falls . The tour is of little benefit. I wouldn't recommend it. First Viator tour that I've done that I regret.
