We had a wonderful trip to Peñíscola, the famous filming location from Game of Thrones. We made a stop for coffee and delicious fresh orange juice, which was excellent. The viewpoint was beautiful, and we enjoyed a tasty lunch at the restaurant. The journey was very comfortable and relaxing. Our guide took great care of us, shared fascinating stories about historical life in the castle, and gave us plenty of attention throughout the tour. The pick-up and drop-off locations were also very convenient. Highly recommended!

What a phenomenal day and magical place to visit while in Valencia! Even if you are not a Game of Thrones fan, this location truly feels like you are in Santorini Greece but at a fraction of the price. We went during off season so it was not crowded, we got great photos, walked around comfortably, and enjoyed a quiet slow lunch with the best food. Our guide, Antonio (Toni) was fantastic! Our group thoroughly enjoyed his 'Tablet Time' getting to view the scenes from Season 6 of GOT on his iPad in the real life locations. We balanced the right amount of stops, history, and solo exploration time. If you have more than 3 days in Valencia, this is absolutely worth the day trip. You spend about 5 hours total in the old town and the drive is not bad. Make sure to wear good walking shoes and bring sun screen.

The day tour to Peniscola, Game of Thrones was provided by a company called Batwalking. Our tour guide Tony met us outside the Valencia Football Stadium and dove our group in a minibus to Peniscola. At Peniscola, as we walked through the town and castle, we stopped at various places where the Game of Thrones was filmed. Tony showed us the exact scenes from Game of Thrones on his laptop computer and we could easily recognise the locations. As well as discovering the locations of the filming, Tony told us the history of the town and castle as we walked through the beautiful narrow streets up to and into the impressive castle. After our tour of the castle, we had a lovely lunch in a restaurant in one of the medieval streets. After lunch we had some free time to explore the town and the beautiful gardens. This was a wonderful, informative and very interesting trip led by our friendly and knowledgeable guide Tony. We would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Valencia.

The trip was amazing. Peniscola is a must do day tour from Valencia. We had a small van with 5 people on the tour. The guide, Miguel, was knowlegeable and full of fun facts. He had a great sense of humor and it added spice to the trip. On top of everything we had a wonderful lunch with a view of the sea. Definitely recommend it

It has been a great trip. When you see photos of the city you think it's a nice place, but when you are there it's astonishingly beautiful. Our guide, Miguel, was very welcoming and kind. I highly recommend it!

Really nice activity it is really worth it especially if you have seen the Iron Throne series. Small thing the tour does in English or Spanish and you can be mixed with both languages.

Liked where we went and what we saw. Guide had excerpts of Game of Thrones to show where we're which was really neat. He was friendly too, but unfortunately, the Guide was extremely difficult to understand. Fortunately, his helper/trainee was able to translate much of what the Guide said into something we could understand. His English was very good.

Firstly our guide Toni was a really nice guy. No complaint with him at all The tour was exactly as advertised. 8.0hrs included 1.5hrs travel each way, and 90min lunch and 60mins free time. So effectively 2.5hrs of touring time. Again exactly as advertised.. The 2.5hrs of touring time could have been done in an hour, but we shared our English speaking guide with a Spanish tour attendee. So everything was explained in English then we waited for everything to be re-explained in Spanish Lunch, which was not included in the tour cost, was at a restaurant selected by the tour company. We felt obliged to eat there despite wanting to find our own lunch. Food was good and location was great but not our choice. With the 1hr of free time we basically left Peñíscola and walked to the beach and back. All said and done the tour was ok but with limited time an extra day in Valencia exploring the city would have been so so much better. Definitely not our favourite tour of Spain.

Miguel was an amazing guide. He taught us about the history of the town and castle - while also transporting us to Meereen in GOT. Even if you don’t love GOT, the views were amazing and we had a great lunch at a restaurant. 10/10 recommend.
