Excellent trip with Shaune who not only guided us through a myriad of small little streets to get us to the points of interest but who also conveyed a lot of history. Thanks for an excellent day!

By fair the best tour I’ve done in Japan. Juan, our guide, was funny, friendly and an absolute wealth of knowledge. Good vibes all around. Such a fun and relaxing way to see the key sites in Kyoto and traveling by bike made it all so much easier. Delicious lunch and bottled water included too.

Fantastic day in Kyoto. Our guide Shaun was excellent - terrific knowledge of Japanese history, Buddhism and local culture. The route was great - covered all of the significant sites that you can on a bike - started with an impromptu coffee stop for “Worlds best donut” (superb), Tenmangu Shrine, The Golden temple, Gion and the Geiko / teahouse area, then Torii gates. Roughly 28km of mostly flat back streets and footpaths, very safe and easy peddling. Terrific day - highly recommend

Really awesome tour. Quinn is a sick tour guide and has great recommendations. He’s an American who has been in Japan for 20+ years!

I highly recommended booking a full day tour with Cycle Kyoto. Our guide Jay was friendly, helpful and informative. Best way to see Kyoto, its beauty and culture seeing the various sites the tour has chosen. Many stops in between in each location, the quick stop for Creme Brulee donuts were delicious and also the sushi lunch. Ride was easy and the odd small hill (grade).
