This full-day tour not only provides a journey to two castles, one of which is listed on the UNESCO Heritage list, and a cathedral, also on the UNESCO Heritage list, from May to September it also includes a visit to a dynamic Viking Ship museum.
Your English-speaking driver will guide you to Kronborg Castle and Roskilde's Cathedral, providing info-tainment— a delightful mix of facts presented in an easy-going manner, with a twinkle in the eyes of our excellent driver and guide.
The narrative strikes a balance, offering just enough facts without overwhelming you with years, kings, and wars, and coupled with a touch of humor and fun.
No need for cardio exercise on this day. 10000 steps is reached before the end of the day, and you will have walked up spiral staircases in medieval castles, crossed cobblestone-covered street

5.00A very full day, visiting historical castles in Denmark, as well as the Viking ship museum. This tour is definitely worth it to immerse yourself in Danish history. Our guide was always very kind and had a great attitude and spirit of service, which made the day very pleasant. It is highly recommended that you prepare to walk, so wear comfortable shoes and do not forget to bring a good windbreaker with you.

5.00I really enjoyed this tour! You get to get out of the city and explore more of Denmark which is nice. You learn all about the history of Denmark and the royal family. Learn about ancient history too like the Vikings! All of the entrances are covered. Our guide Fleming from Ophelia Tours was very nice and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about all the history of Denmark and all the landmarks we went too. Our guide Fleming from Ophelia Tours lead us around the experiences and you get some time to explore yourself too. Great value for your money. You get to see amazing beautiful art prices and painted ceilings too!. We did about 11,000 steps doing this tour so be prepared to walk some.

5.00Flemming gave us a truly memorable, fascinating and fun day seeing Hamlet’s castle, and C4’s palace and the changing of the guards and the church where the Kings and Queens are buried! Additionally we visited real Viking ships that had been discovered! What a very full and enjoyable day that I highly recommend!!

5.00Kenneth was our tour leader and he was an absolute gem. Very knowledgeable about the history of Denmark and places we visited. Ever so accommodating to any request for information and/or special needs. Kenneth made it fun even though it was cold and rainy. If you choose this tour - I would recommend you taking it - but with Kenneth, I would highly recommend it. The only downside to the trip was the inability to reward Kenneth for his service to us despite 3 attempts using the scan code provided. I wished I would have done it at the drop off. Yes for us this gets our: 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating.
