5.00Great service all day including at arrival and when my chain broke on the route. A quick call and they arrived promptly with a replacement bike. The Alpille2 route was perfect, we stopped at Carrieres des Lumieres and Chateau les Baux — both wonderful! Had lunch in Maussane and on to Eygalieres for late afternoon stop. There were a couple of steep parts but the e-bike did most of the work! Would highly recommend!

5.00We rented e-bikes for the day and took the Alpilles 2 route. We downloaded the app provided by the store and it helped to guide us in the right direction. The scenery was breathtaking and the power of the e-bike was great to have on the two climbs, and also as we started to get tired toward the end of the 30 mile route. We also purchased tickets for Carrières des Lumières from the bike shop, which allowed us to skip the line. It is definitely worth a stop. We also stopped for lunch at Restaurant Paulette in Eygalières - highly recommend. A word of caution- the Alpilles 2 route is almost entirely along roads shared with motor vehicles and the roads are very slim at times during the ride.

5.00Really nice way to see the countryside and sights. The guys at the bike shop were happy to organise us an additional wine tasting and visit to the art exhibition. The bikes were great and easy to use, a must to get an e-bike when riding the hills in the heat! When we returned the bikes they gave us an ice cold bottle of water which was very welcome on a hot day!

5.00After renting an old, poorly functioning e bike for 6 days from Taco and Co in Arles, I was super impressed with Sun-e-bike in Saint Remy. They gave me a new bike (Gazelle) with a much better battery and motor. They put an app on my phone, with mapped routes, that made finding our way for each trip (we did two 40-50 km rides) a breeze. I didn't have to worry about the battery running out and the bike was so easy to use! Comfortable too. I highly recommend this shop and their products.

5.00We hired e-bikes on 4 separate days across a 10 day stay in St Remy. Regular cyclists at home this was our first bike hire experience and a very positive one. The staff gave brilliant service making sure we had everything we needed including the loan of panniers. Nothing was too much trouble, including sorting us out with bikes when we made a spur of the moment decision to ride again on our last day despite not having made a reservation. All in all, top service from good people and solid bikes. Oh, and the scenery is breathtaking.
