Montreal is made up of unique neighborhoods, all with different sights and atmospheres, and the ideal way to explore them is on a bike. As a very bike-friendly city, Montreal has miles of bicycle paths, and your bike rental includes a map of these great trails. Old Montreal is one of the most popular neighborhoods to explore by bike and is relatively flat. Cycle along Old Montreal's cobblestone lanes and stop at historic sites. Great museums, shops, cafes and French bakeries line the streets, and with a bicycle, you have the freedom to stop wherever you'd like. From Old Montreal, you can ride along the scenic waterfront and visit the Port of Montreal. Bordering Old Montreal is Chinatown. Montreal's Chinatown is large and bustling, full of amazing restaurants, shops, Chinese medicine stores and candy stands selling the popular, made-to-order "dragon's beard" candy. You and your family are free to discover all the other great neighborhoods, like downtown, The Village, Plateau Mont-Royal and Rue Crescent, at your own pace. Cycle wherever you please! This package includes bikes for 2 adults and 2 children, with the possibility to add more family members to your excursion.

Our family of 7 (kids ages 9 to 17) absolutely loved this experience. They equipped us all very well and gave great suggestions on bike routes to take. They were incredibly patient and very professional. We didn’t take a tour since we had young kids and weren’t sure they would want all of the history but I would consider that for the future. The tour guides seemed flexible and knowledgeable. Exploring the city on bike was so much easier than navigating parking, etc and allowed us to be curious and responsive to what we saw and wanted to explore.

It was great! The trail was awesome and biking on the F1 track was a new and exiting experience. One of the bikes we were using did break but they sent some out to fix the bike and we were back to biking In 8 minutes

I want to commend this company for addressing the issues we had with our bikes. My chain and my son's chain had multiple problems during our rental, and we raised this concern with the company. They promptly offered us a full refund without further inquiry. We appreciate their acknowledgement that we were not provided with the full biking experience. Despite the inconvenience, we still enjoyed biking around Montreal – it's a fantastic city for biking.

Everything about the experience was wonderful. Easy process, staff very helpful with route suggestions and gear, and simply very friendly and good doing business with. Bikes were in excellent, like new condition. We have rented bikes on many different vacations and this was by far the best. Highly recommend!

Want to see more of Montreal? this is a greate way to do it! From the seat of your cycle you can see all the diffrent parts of Montreal at own pace. We chose the la salle island 3hrs tour, mostly flat and quite easy to do for both beginners and experts. Lots of places to have lunch, or just lay flat out on the grass or on benches watching the view out on st.lawrence river. the bikes where tech. in good order and made the ride smooth. I rented from this company 10 years ago, and would gladly rent again in another 10 years time.

The staff were very helpful and informative. My wife and I had booked the afternoon 3 hour tour but ended up hiring the bikes for the whole day . The advice from the staff at CaRoule was spot on. The hybrid bikes coped well with the uneven city roads and the gravel paths along the shore line
