He made our tour super efficient and very comfortable - saved us a lot of time from the long wait lines so that we could spend our time enjoying what Ba Na Hills had to offer. I highly recommend him!
Linh was great and humorous. My friend and I really enjoyed the day trip.

From the moment we were picked up to the final drop-off, they turned what could have been a standard sightseeing trip into an absolute masterclass in hospitality, entertainment, and education. 🌟 Exceptional Courtesy & Professionalism Right from the start, our guide’s exceptional courtesy stood out. They greeted us with a massive, genuine smile and immediately made everyone in the group feel like family. They were incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs—constantly checking on our comfort levels, ensuring we had enough water, and seamlessly navigating the crowds so we never felt rushed or stressed. When the weather at the top got a bit unpredictable (as it does in the mountains!), they were already three steps ahead, handing out ponchos and adjusting our itinerary on the fly so we wouldn’t miss a thing. Their level of polite, proactive care was truly world-class. 🎭 Infectious Humor & Infinite Fun I don’t think our group stopped laughing the entire day. 5.00Awesome tour guide Miss Banana!!!! She was helpful and so caring towards my kids. Her presence sense save us lots of time. She suggested getting Wow Pass, it was totally worth it to avoid long queues. She recommended heading back at specific time due to possibility of thunderstorm, and she was so right, ours was the last cable car down; and Ba Na hills has to halt all the cables cars due to thunderstorm warning. If we come back again to Da Nang, surely going with Miss Banana, the daughter of Bana Hills.

Definitely suggest you pay extra for the fast track. Cable car was amazing and the actual ba na hills is just fantastic. A lot to see! Definitely recommend!
