What To Expect

Hanoi

From 7:30- 8:30am: English speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel around the Old Quarter area ( If option from Hanoi selected). For guests outside the Old Quarter, a designated meeting point will be provided. You'll then begin a 2.5-3 hour journey to Quang Ninh Province via the expressway, with a short stop along the way to stretch your legs. Before boarding the cruise, you'll also have the chance to visit a local pearl farm and learn about the traditional pearl-cultivating process.

Tuan Chau Island

Arrive at Ha Long Bay and board your cruise from Tuan Chau Marina. Savor a delicious Vietnamese buffet lunch ( vegetarian options available) while the boat gently glides past thousands of majestic limestone karsts rising from emerald waters such as Dog Rock, Incense Burner Islet, and the iconic Fighting Cock Islet — the proud symbol of Ha Long Bay.

Jason was a fantastic guide who shared a lot of interesting and insightful information throughout the tour. Everything was well organized from start to finish. The boat itself was really nice, and the crew was friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better.

Awesome experience... We were on Hercules grand and had Henry as our tour guide.. He was great, made us visit all amazing spots, explained everything so clearly and also ensured we get great pictures at the best spots! Memorable day!

I had a great experience on this Halong Bay boat tour. The scenery alone is worth the trip, but what really made the day special was our guide, Henry. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the whole group engaged without ever feeling rushed. Everything was well organized,from the timing of the stops to the activities on board and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable throughout the day.

We had the most amazing experience! Mostly, thanks to Henry our tour guide. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide! He is very articulate and well versed with the history and background of not only Ha Long but Vietnam as a whole. Hùng(Henry) is most definitely a hero today. We were also very fortunate to ride the majestic Hercules Grand! Dragon King Vietnam Travel is highly recommended!
