Definitely worth going on this tour. A full day of snorkeling to beautiful sites, including snorkeling with sharks. Complemented by a stop to a motu island with a big, delicious buffet and interesting cultural demonstrations. Our boat captain even sang and played ukulele for us!

The Bora Bora lagoon tour turned out to be absolutely amazing 🌴✨ I was so worried because of the heavy rain before departure, but the rain stopped right before we boarded — what perfect timing! Huge thanks to our captain and James for their incredible professionalism and positive energy. They knew I can’t swim, gave me expert guidance, and made sure I could snorkel safely while still fully enjoying the experience. Lunch on the island was also fantastic — literally having “lunch” with the fish 🐠 Truly a rainy season gift 🌧️💙 Can’t wait to come back with my family next time. Thank you again 🥹

This is by far the best lagoon experience we've ever had! Our guide and his two crew members were able to accompany us both in the boat and in the water. We were able to snorkel on three different spots: 1) bathing in contact with very soft pastenague rays and small black tip sharks. Adults have feet. 2) snorkeling in 10 to 15 m depth to observe black tip sharks outside the pass. A water line is placed to secure the least comfortable divers. 3) snorkeling in a wonderful coral garden with multiple fishes not far away. The friendliness and animation at the ukulele during the trips is very appreciable. Then lunch at the motu on tables feet in the water among small fish, rays and again black tip sharks. It was delicious, hearty and authentic (the plates were braided in coconut leaf and we had the possibility to eat directly with our fingers. Nothing problematic since we could rinse our fingers directly in water). Small braiding animation and all the steps leading to coconut milk. We loved every moment of this wonderful day. Again thank you to our captain and his crew for these moments that will remain in our memories for a long time 🩵🩵🩵

Wow. This was one of the excursions we have ever taken. The water was amazing, and our first stop was past the reef to swim with sharks. They were so docile, and we were not concerned at all about safety. We then went to swim with rays that we were able to hold in our hands. The snorkeling after that in the coral gardens was breathtaking. The biggest surprise was the lunch on a beautiful island. The food was great, and we ate at tables in the water with fish swimming around. The island had great facilities. Most importantly, our guide Ronnie was fantastic. From the moment he picked us up to when he dropped us off, his smile, and willingness to share about his island was so appreciated. He singing was pretty good too. This day was a highlight of our trip. Book it now!

I found this tour on Trip Advisor and consulted with my hotel consierge about their history and positive reviews. The consierge endorsed Lagoon Services as well. Tau timely picked us up from the hotel dock. He was so cool! He instantly made us feel comfortable and he remembered our names the entire time. Tau was knowledgeable about Bora Bora’s history, a skilled boatman, talented musician and singer and very interactive with his 12 guests. We saw plenty of fish, stingrays and sharks along the way. I was terrified of the sting rays at first but he talked me through it until I held the sting rays in my arms twice! He briefly guided me through the water with the sharks until I was off snorkeling on my own. I was proud of myself for not giving up. My husband was grateful for his assistance. We toured with a lovely group from Australia. The food was authentic and yummy. What I admire most about Tau was his positive attitude, hospitality and willingness to teach his niece his trade. Tau has very strong family values. His niece accompanied us on the trip to learn the profession. I was impressed with their relationship and I hope her dreams come true.

This full-day lagoon group tour in Bora Bora was one of the absolute highlights of our trip and an experience we will never forget. From start to finish, everything was well-organized, fun, and truly showcased the natural beauty of Bora Bora’s lagoon. The snorkeling was phenomenal. We explored multiple spots with crystal-clear water, vibrant coral gardens, and an abundance of colorful tropical fish. Swimming alongside blacktip reef sharks and graceful stingrays was thrilling yet felt completely safe, thanks to the knowledgeable and attentive guides. Being able to see these animals up close in their natural environment was simply unforgettable. The guides were friendly, professional, and incredibly informative, sharing insights about the marine life, the lagoon, and Polynesian culture along the way. They made sure everyone felt comfortable in the water and took great care of the group. Lunch was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Enjoying a relaxed island-style meal with stunning lagoon views was the perfect break in the middle of the day and added to the authentic Polynesian experience. This tour offers the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and natural beauty. If you want to truly experience Bora Bora beyond the resorts, this lagoon tour is a must-do. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the island—we would do it again in a heartbeat.
