My guide Simon was knowledgeable and gregarious. He gave me lots of insight into the local culture and gave me additional tips after the ride. The owners were also very personable and helpful with tips for things to do and places to eat. I had a delightful lunch at Madre the following day as a result, which I never would have found on my own. I considered just renting a bike and going on my own, but I think the tour was the way to go. I felt safe the whole time and didn’t feel concerned riding a fair bit faster than the rest of traffic. The hike to La Chorrera was awesome. It’s only 1000 feet of elevation gain, but I devotedly felt if given the elevation. It was handy to have hiking boots for both the ride and hike. If I make it back to Bogota I will definitely try another one of their tours.

Unforgettable! If I had only one word to summarize my day. But there are so much more to say... The experience of this stunning trip was just amazing. To start with, the early meeting this Sunday was very welcoming and so friendly. Raphael, my private guide (yes, it was only him and I today) made me immediately feeling comfortable. His English was perfect because I don't speak Spanish. I decided to upgrade to the 300cc machine, and I strongly advise you to do the same. All gear equipment is provided, in a very decent condition. On this Sunday traffic was a bit busy with lots of bicycle riders, but the full idea of this tour is not about speed anyway. Going at lower speed, let's you enjoying more the environment. A first stop to enjoy some coffee with cane sugar and some empanada or pan de bono, in a little side road place. Then it was time to hit the road again to reach the starting point of the waterfall hike. Prepare yourself, because this hike is not very easy, and don't forget that you are in high altitude mountains! (Take a spear t-shirt, because you'll come back very sweaty, and you'll appreciate to have something dry to wear) Cascades are beautiful, and your guide will tell you a lots of interesting historical information ( including during the ride, because you're connected with intercom device) After hitting the off-road again, you'll reach a little town where you will have some good food and drink to recover from your hike. Then, you're not done with very nice off-road ride across beautiful landscapes, stopping to take pictures... and learn more about this region. We were also very lucky to ride with a perfect weather during this rainy season, which helps about the experience. I'm just feeling blessed by this tour today... where nothing was missing. So, go for it. It's an absolute MUST DO. Just not for beginner drivers, or people not ready to hike for 2 hours! Tomorrow at work, I think I will make my local colleagues realizing what they've missed until now... hoping they'll sign for it. Next time I come to Bogota, I'll do the 4 days trip without any hesitation! Take care and safe driving Yann

If you love riding motorcycles and want to see the real Colombia full of areas very few outside of locals been too, this is absolutely the way. Brandon took care of everything and I can't believe how fun the curves were so much fun. Views you can't get anywhere else on the planet and restaurants no tourist would find that are beyond what I was expecting for Colombia. So worth it, if you want the off-beaten path

The highlight of my Bogota trip was riding with Loco Moto. Myself, my wife, and my sister came along together, with my wife on the back of my bike, and my sister riding with the guide. The bikes were comfortable and well cared for Honda 300's, better than I was expecting from other rentals I've done around the world. The waterfall hike to La Chorrera is strenuous at the high elevation, but worth the effort. Brandon (the owner and guide) has the perfect amount of talking points along the way, and having Sena comms made the experience just a joy to do as a group.
