This full-day trip includes 2 destinations away from the usual tourist crowds of San Juan and El Yunque. Enjoy the breath taking views of Cueva Del Indio (1 hr outside of San Juan). We also stop in a local restaurant for lunch and then you will return to your pickup destination. Round trip transportation & ice cold water is provided.

What To Expect
Cueva Del Indio
Hiking and learning about the natural caves of Arecibo.
Rio La Planta
Guests will visit Rio La Planta, a 2 waterfall destination in an beautiful secluded area. Water shoes or sneakers are highly recommended. Be prepared to do a little walking through a river and some minor climbing over rocks. If the current is too strong or too muddy, the river crossing will be eliminated however you will see the first waterfall for photo ops.

5.00Our guide was amazing. She gave us the history and suggestions for other things to do. Snacks were included and she got us some local favorites of hers between stops. She took all the pics we wanted so no need for a selfie stick. The excursion felt like going out with a friend for the day. Highly recommend this specific company. Small business that is growing fast and meeting needs of their customers.

5.00Hands down amazing experience especially if you want a authentic experience! We went to two beaches and a river since the waterfall wasn’t accessible! This company went over and beyond to make you feel like you were just part of the family or hanging with a long lost friend for the day! The snacks were food vendors on the street where you got to taste true PR food! I have and will recommend to anyone coming to San Juan area!!

3.00We got to see some very beautiful sites and the tour guide was very friendly. However, 2 of the 3 seatbelts in the backseat of his car did not buckle so it wasn’t an option for two of us to wear one. The guide was also texting or trying to take a picture on his phone several times while driving which is unsafe, especially when transporting a family with children. Check engine light was on in his car as well. Overall just did not feel well taken care of.

5.00We had the pleasure of touring the North of the island with Sarah. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Puerto Rico and had a beautiful personality. The experience was absolutely amazing and made our entire trip. The tour was personalized to our needs and the best part is that transportation was provided to and from our hotel. We will definitely use their services again with Sarah when we visit PR again..... WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES!!!!

5.00Me and my girlfriend were first timers to San Juan and the tour was an absolute must besides the tour of old San Juan. Our tour guide Luis was amazing, very friendly and very knowledgeable and it was 100% worth every penny. From navigating through caves, waterfalls, great food, to a beautiful scenic beach. Pick up and drop off is included. Highly recommended!

5.00Wonderful experience thanks to PR travels! My husband and I did the private tour to the cave one day then we went to the waterfall the next followed by a boat ride. Everything was spot one even our tour guide Louis! Louis is a local who is very informative about the areas, he even took us to a great food spot for lunch. He was so enjoyable to hang out with, highly recommended asking for Louis to be your guide for the day. Everything with PR travels was easy to plan and we can't wait to go back to do the food tour! Thank you Tanya and Louis for making our trip memorable!
