The local colony of little penguins emerges from the water to make their way to the burrows in the sand dunes - and this tour is your chance to witness this unforgettable phenomenon in real life!

What To Expect
Moonlit Sanctuary is home to stacks of well-known Aussie animals including kangaroos, wombats, and Tasmanian devils, plus many lesser-known species such as the spot-tailed quoll, yellow-bellied glider and long-nosed potoroo.
Woolamai Beach
Located at the base of Cape Woolamai, Woolamia Beach is one of Victoria's most beautiful and rugged beaches. With huge surf and a soft golden sand, any trip to Phillip Island must include a stop here.

5.00Fabulous day out to Phillip Island stopping at scenic photo stops, the Moonlit Sanctuary and the most amazing Penguin Parade. Our tour guide Ron was very knowledgeable and gave great advice throughout the day.

2.00Pickup was to late in day, kangaroo Park was rushed arrived at 3 Park closed at 4 most of demonstrations took place earlier in the day. Arrived at this beautiful beach to be tolded that you had 20 minutes here then back on the bus. Drove to an amazing viewing spot again 20 minutes here and back on the bus. Most of the day was spent on the bus got to see and enjoy penguins at the end which where amazing but certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

5.00What a fantastic experience. Even tho it was a long ride it was spectacular. Bus driver was very informative and went out of his way to take us back to our cruise ship as our uber didn't show up.

5.00This is a very unique experience. Overall the tour was well organised. The guide was good. I'd highly recommend this tour more so for the Penguin experience. The rest of the places in the tour are great but not unique; the Penguin experience is very unique

5.00This was so much fun! A big afternoon but so worth it. I came over from NZ with my mum and sister and we really enjoyed it. You do need to pay attention to the note about what time the bus will pick you up so that you don’t get there too early. I saw some comments about it and it almost put us off but they communicated this so clearly and we found it went super smooth. So glad we still booked it was really beautiful and lots of fun :)
