I guess this is ok if you really really want to see the penguins. Lots of problems with the tour: The zoo was not great, the Good Friday traffic (which should have been expected and planned for) made us skip a stop, and to rush lunch. The last swing around the Nobbies was scenic, but the one stop was also rushed, and made us the last ones into the penguin viewing area. We didn’t learn until the last minute that photography was forbidden, and crowd control during the “parade” was poor so visibility was limited. On top of that, the van’s brakes squealed badly and there was a clunking underneath whenever we hit a bump. The guide’s driving was a bit scary, following too closely, and swerving every time he fiddled with something on the dashboard, which was often. Not recommended.

The driver is aggressive and funny that makes all passengers happy all the way. We didn't know that penquin parade start around 6pm in the evening, we didn't prepare warm clothes while temperature go down and wind chilly after Sunset, also you are not allowed to take pictures or videos while penguins come, it's a huge pity especially when I'm a photographer,
