There was confusion about the time of the activity. A message was sent that the activity was to begin at 1120 but the tickets received later said 1030. So had to wait for almost an hour. They should tell the customers that the penguin parade is quite chilly at this time of year in order to bring warm clothing !

Wonderful excursion with Elliot, who was simultaneously a driver and a guide. Please consider that what he did is normally done by 2 people. Yet he is not paid two salaries for his excellent job! Hope the company can reward him appropriately!

Great Phillip Island tour - You get a bit of everything: wildlife, coastal views, and a truly unique nature experience. Big shoutout to the tour guide: funny, energetic, and genuinely helpful. He kept things engaging the whole day and made the trip much more enjoyable. Nobbies was stunning (bring a jacket), and the Penguin Parade was a perfect ending. Overall: smooth itinerary, great experience, and an excellent guide. Highly recommend.

The experience was amazing! Lovely places and wonderful memories. Our Guide/Driver Steve was friendly and kept the mood light with his ‘dad’ jokes. He didn’t rush any of us and gave us ample time to see the places. Overall a wonderful experience!

John is an excellent guide with a lot of information about Melbourne and the wildlife in the area. Get to the viewing stands early so you get a good seat on the right side or middle of the stands. Walk along the left side of the boardwalk when leaving as you will see more penguins in their natural habitat.

We had Craig as our tour guide and he was so amazing. I was with my friend and as female travellers he ensured that we felt safe getting home as the drop off was quite late at night. He also took the time to talk to each and every person on our 20+ person tour to provide personalized recommendations about what to do and how to get the best possible experience. He was so kind and you could tell he genuinely takes so much care and pride in the work he does. This was so refreshing to see as most tour guides don’t care as much. He was phenomenal and definitely a huge part of why we enjoyed this tour and day so much!
