Every night at sunset, the truly incredible spectacle of the Penguin Parade occurs on the beaches of Phillip Island. 5.0We are visiting family in Melbourne from the UK. My husband and I loved viewing the tiny penguins, then going to see where they returned to their nests at sunset. They are adorable. Such a wonderful experience. One we will never forget. Our tour guide was a very interesting guy with a great sense of humour. He obviously knew a lot about the history of Philip Island and its conservation, which made the day even more enjoyable. We had several stops and opportunities to take photos. The Moonlit sanctuary was very interesting too. We saw a cute wallaby with a baby in her pouch and many other animals. We loved Cowes and want to go back. We have bought souvenirs for ourselves, our kids and grandchildren. Have recommended family and friends to visit.

5.0It was an amazing experience, we saw lots of animals both in the wild and at the sanctuary. There were enough stops, so the ride didn’t feel too long, and we had just the right amount of time at each stop. I would definitely recommend taking the tour instead of doing a road trip. Our tour guide was excellent, providing us with so much information along the way and driving us safely throughout!

5.0Stopping along the way at Moonlit Sanctuary was really great! I did the koala encounter extra add-on and was thrilled to be able to see koala up close. The penguin parade was so fun and interesting also!
