The pick up time is not so clearly indicated in the email or confirmation ticket. Only indicated start 10am, therefore we arrived at 10am, but the actual time should be 10:50am, that means we waited for 50 mins more. However, overall is good. So easy to book via online and keep to have follow up email until the booked tour day.

Such a great way to see Philips island! Would definitely recommend this experience, especially being able to see the penguins as well as the animals at the sanctuary. Stops along the way were great with awesome views and everything went smoothly. I do wish we got to spend more time at the sanctuary but was still fun to be able to see and feed the wallabies and kangaroos.
