This is a totally amazing tour. My thanks to Elliot for his care and attention to our safety, wellbeing and enjoyment. Wonderful to see so many animals and birds being so looked after. Despite the really cold weather it was a joy.

Make sure you keep the little penguins safe by NOT filming or taking photos of them as they come out the water. Many people ignored these instructions.

Great trip. Bennett was knowledgeable. He was a great guide and kept us on schedule so that we were given enough time at each Spot.

Nothing incredible. A departure with 45min delay (we do not take it into account because it is not the responsibility of the driver) limited the time in the animal park but there was no need for more because just 4 koalas and 30 kangaroos. No real stops/walks before the penguin parade which is clearly on the side.

Very long way to be jammed in with too many other people seeing a few birds. We also had trouble hearing the driver because he had no headset, just a fixed microphone.

Many thanks to our guide John for a fabulous day. Not only did John share his knowledge of the places we were visiting but he kept us entertained and recommended a good place for dinner. The trip to Phillip Island was great from start to finish. Seeing so many little penguins come on shore was awesome and a day we will remember. Absolutely recommend this trip for visitors to Melbourne.

The Tour Guide by name of Luke was very engaging and helpful in making all tourists feel comfortable. The first activity was the so called Kangaroo and Koala sanctuary. A few Koalas on trees. Koala Encounter was all sold out when we arrived and not available to us. Very disappointing as this is one of the activities that tourists enjoy. The main highlight which was Penguins was the biggest disappointed of the whole tour. The announcements were loud and akin to Nanny instructions to the audience to be on their best behaviour. All hype towards the arrival of mass return of Penguins but only 3 appeared. The notice Board at the Ticket office says 1610 Penguins but only 3 appeared. This is very misleading to the public. People were walking out from their seats by 8.30 pm. The Ushers kept making excuses that they cannot control the arrival Penguins. This seems to be a scam

This was the worst tour I have ever been on. The penguin parade is a scam. The bus was uncomfortable and the driver unhelpful and was 45 minutes late
