What To Expect

Bulguksa Temple

Visit Bulguksa which is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site for being “a masterpiece of Buddhist art in the Far East.” If you are in the temple, you will see blooming cherry blossoms in spring and colorful foliage in fall.

In the Seokguram Grotto, you can see statues of devas, bodhisattvas and disciples sculpted on the surrounding walls. After that, you will have Tteokgalbi(grilled short rib patties) for lunch.

What an amazing day we had with Joy! Best tour guide we have had. Very passionate and knowledgeable bout Gyeong ju history. There wasn't a question that we asked that she wasn't able to answer. Tour was not rushed and was open to other sites to see instead of what her itinerary usually consisted of. Would definitely recommend a tour with her as your guide. Have fun!

This tour was simply sensational. We love every minute. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Seoul and left at the train station to go to Gyeongju, until our meeting with Luke, our guide, and all the places we knew, the restaurant we had lunch, an espresso break and all the way back to Seoul. Very well organized, we had time to get to know all the locations that were on the script. Not even the fine and constant rain managed to interrupt our unforgettable day. Thank you so much for the experience. We highly recommend!!!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our tour. Our driver was on time to take us to the Seoul train station.. C.K. did a great job as our tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and explained the history behind the tombs and temples we saw in an entertaining manner. I highly recommend both the tour of Gyeonggi-ju as well as CK

Wookie, our tour guide, was great! He spoke english very well and was friendly and professional. He adapted the tour to our preferences, even on the way, so we could make the most of our day trip. It was the best experience of hour whole trip in South Korea. We would definitely recommend booking with him if possible!

Mimi is very helpful and do not mind to go the extra miles just to help us feel comfortable during the trip. She is very informative about the Silla Kingdom and gave us very good explanation throughout the trip. Mimi is also very flexible with her schedule to fit into our needs. Joy was absolutely wonderful!! She brought us special Korean cookies as a way of welcoming us to her country, which made us feel comfortable from the start. She catered to all our picture taking needs, as well as capturing some of her own to send us later. She is very knowledgeable about the history of the country and area, and her quest to learn more has really shown. We truly enjoyed our time with Joy and would recommend her to anyone traveling here. Not to mention, the area is beautiful!
