Our tour will start in an amazing lookout from Mt. Carmel, from there will tour the Bahai Gardens (if they are open), we will pass by the German Colony in Haifa and talk about the Temples guys who left there housed in Germany and arrived to Israel 180 years ago.
You can add an authentic culinary tour for lunch in one of the most local and interesting neighborhood - Wadi Nisnas, for extra payment.
We will continue driving to the Old City of Acre (about 40 min driving), then we will meet the amazing preserved Crusaders underground city at the Knights Halls. We will tour between the alleys of the Turkish market and the Turkish Bath (not an active one) and will end in a secret ancient Templar tunnel which was discovered only on 1994.

What To Expect
Baha'i Garden Haifa
*only of the gardens will be open (otherwise we will have only lookout from it) We will tour the gardens from inside. We will go down in the gardens in front of the best view in Israel - we will see all Haifa and the Mediterranean sea from there. We will hear about the Bahai religion and principles.
Louis Promenade
we will walk through the beautiful Promenade and hear about the history of the City of Haifa

5.00Gili guided us in Tel Dor, parents with children of more or less all ages. A really excellent instructor, fascinated us with interesting explanations, adapted educational games for children, showed us corners and things that we would never notice in our lives. In addition, very nice and also made sure to pamper with a hot refreshment (!!!) Highly recommend!

5.00Gily is extremely knowledgeable about local sites, traditions and history. She guided me (Israeli Jew) and my close friend (American Christian) over two days through the north of Israeli and it was just awesome. We covered more than a dozen sites including Jewish and Christian places and geopolitical interest points over 1000km.
We'd hire Gily again if we return to Israel. This exceptional tour was a highlight of our cruise.

5.00With only one day in Israel, we made the wise decision to hire a private guide and thankfully chose Gily Dror who provided value added services even before we were in Israel. She recommended we download WhatsApp for better communications before our trip which I did, and with the MSC Musica cruise line's poor coordination with the port, we were grateful we'd taken her advise as she was able to find us and start the awesome tour without much problem. She had also personalized our tour in advance to include a delicious and memorable lunch on the beach of Acre at one of the best restaurants in Israel, which we will always treasure. Gily provided both history and perspective that was top notch, and with experiences unexpected but delightful. My husband and I really appreciated the advanced planning and time to insure that we had a great experience. I loved learning about the German Colony (photo of her explaining which included historic maps and pictures) and her special attention to have us celebrate our time together (being our 15th wedding anniversary) at the top of a famous German Colony hotel with an Israeli drink to solute our day together (additional picture). The Crusader, Knights Templer, and Ottoman ruins in Acre with the lunch and time in the market were exceptionally fun and enlightening. Thanks Gily! We would do another tour with you in a heartbeat, and find a friend in you.

5.00Gily was an AMAZING tour guide. She planned the perfect trip for us to visit Safed and the Golan and planned fun and creative sites and activities for us to see. She is so knowledgeable about Israeli history, politics, and culture. She made sure we did everything that we wanted to do and see. She went above and beyond to provide a memorable experience for my husband and I. We can’t wait to go back to Israel to connect with her again.
