We were very happy to have shuttle service from our hotel to the tour bus. Our guide Angela, was very personable and helpful. The bus driver was what you would expect from a driver.

Very long bus rides. Especially back to Montreal during which there are no stops, and if you have a hotel pick-up/drop off, you have another 30-40 minutes before you are delivered to your hotel. The information was good, although the guide on the boat ride was more informative than the local Quebec guide. We were told we could visit the big hotel lobby but we couldn't figure out how to get in as all entrances we could find were marked "guests only." It was a way to get an overview and get to/from Quebec City from Montreal, but I'm not sure it was worth all the driving/bus riding, especially if you've been to any Western or central European city of any size.

The tour guide was bilingual and cheerful. I wished I had skipped the the AML cruise as that was boring and spent more time walking around old Quebec City

There are MANY steps that you have to navigate! The travel guide was very good, very interesting and informative … but not sure if it covered all of the things that were listed on the itinerary.
