5.00Travelling alone, I felt very comfortable throughout the entire tour. The guide made an effort to include everyone in conversations without being overwhelming. The transport was clean and punctual, and the stops were well chosen. I appreciated the mix of historical context and casual storytelling. It was an easy way to see a lot in one day without any stress about logistics.

3.00Our tour guide was great but Rome was insanely crowded that day and we could not even think about entering even one building or point of interest. We walked and saw a lot but doing this in a much smaller group size (4 or 6) would have been better. The driver they hired to get us to and from Rome should be fired. She spoke loudly on her phone 100% of the time she as driving us, while eating and drinking. She had zero regard for the passengers safety. She wa awful.

The schedule was well balanced, and we never felt rushed at any location. Transportation was comfortable, and the whole day ran smoothly from start to finish.

3.00The driver that met us at the ship was late and did not speak any English. We were in the dark until we got to Rome as to where we were going or what we were going to do. The description of the tour listed a visit inside St. Peter’s Basilica but that was not possible. The guide and driver did accommodate a special request we had. There was good and bad regarding the tour but u could not recommend it to anyone especially taking into account the price.

5.00I am still reeling from viewing the Sistine Chapel in person. Words don't give it justice. Gabriella was an art history major, and she was so enthusiastic about Raphael Rooms, that the entire experience felt like a movie. It's been a hard day, but architecture alone is worth the legs pains.

5.00The ride to rome was very comfortable, and our guide Maria was very pleasant company. In Rome, we got to see all the major sights: the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain etc. The guide was very knowledgeable and had a good way of conveying information without making it a boring class. There was a very good mix of info and fun.

5.00We had a really good experience on this Rome shore excursion. Everything was well organized from the pickup at the port to the return back to the ship. Gabriella was knowledgeable and friendly, and the pace of the tour felt just right for a full day. We managed to see the main highlights of Rome without feeling rushed, and the transport was comfortable throughout the day. It’s a long day, but it’s worth it if you want to make the most of your cruise stop. Overall, a solid and enjoyable tour.

2.00Make no mistake - this is a WALKING TOUR. You do take a bus to the colosseum, but we walked miles with a guide who I’m sure was knowledgeable but because no one’s headsets worked without static, no one could understand what he was saying. Upon telling him this, he said there was nothing he could do. I’d love to request a refund - it was miserable.

1.00The JAT coordinator was without decision making, Velery Petryshyn worst tour guide; speaks poor English with Ukrainian accent his narrative without knowledge of the events and timing. Walks ahead on his phone and lets us behind. Very disappointed experience
