5.00Outstanding Tour. Our guide (Sabrina) was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived at the collection point, which was very well described to us to avoid any confusion, Sabrina made us feel welcome and she made sure that we were escorted to the coach to begin our trip from Livorno to Florence. All along the route she kept us informed and educated as to whatever was interesting along the route. Once in Florence, Sabrina escorted the entire tour with professionalism care and genuine friendliness. My elderly parents were accompanying us on this tour, and Sabrina made sure that their needs were very well cared for at all times. After some free time in Florence, Sabrina made sure the entire group made it back onto the bus for the return trip to Livorno and once again she kept us all very well entertained and informed as to the history and sites that we needed to see. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough and I commend both Sabrina and our Driver Luca as they were absolutely outstanding and a real credit to the tour operator.

5.00Ignacio def set the bar for how other tour guides can set tone of knowledge, time on own and bathroom breaks. Was easy to follow with a high flag so we never felt lost. He rec the perfect spot for lunch where I had best tortellini and truffle cream sauce and lasagna. Unfortunately bus on way back blew a tire and company reacted within 20 minutes with a replacement bus and got us back to port on time. Impressed!

5.00It’s a very easy way to get to Florence from the port in Livorno. The meeting point was conveniently located right near the ship’s shuttle drop off. Our guides John and Paola were there to greet us. They were very efficient, friendly and informative throughout the trip to the historical centre. A map was given to help facilitate the day. Meeting point in Florence was easy to access. Although the free time was roughly 4 hours, I would highly recommend this easy and affordable excursion for those who want to experience Florence on their own for the day.

5.00Florence is really crowded but lovely. Our tour guide was excellent, Arianna. She went out of her way to help us and show us the sights. we could have spent more days there but being on a cruise that wasn’t an option.
