We booked 2 tours with r and reef and overall everything was fine. My one reco would be they should allow guests to book online and get an email confirmation and receipt. there was a lot of back-and-forth on WhatsApp to book 2 tours, talking to multiple people. Some of them were giving me one word answers, some of them were really helpful. I didn’t know which tour we were doing on which day until just before we left. Also, I was given some wrong information. I was told that they would pick us up, but they could not drop us back off on the full day tour. Turned outpick up and drop off were included in the price. I was also told we would have to pay for our own lunch - that turned out not to be true. Both of these were good surprises, but the restaurant they use on caulker (Paradise) made us wait over 40 mins bc they had another large group. So the plan of eating upon arrival and then Walking around didn’t happen. And if you don’t eat chicken this restaurant gives you rice with a few beans in it, one plantain and a salad. :( The guide was great and overall it was a fun day. However, on a trip this long they really should put guests in a larger boat. The boat we were in was small. it had no back support and not enough shade. I think they ought to try to get every guest on this tour on the larger boat or have more than one large boat. traveling at high speed from Caulker back to Ambregis (not a short trip) in that small of a boat is just really uncomfy.

What an amazing experience!! All the way from the on-site crew to the tour guides. The gentleman checking everyone was very friendly and really helpful finding the correct sizes and fits for everyone’s snorkel gear. The tour guides were friendly/funny/and very knowledgeable about their job and the marine life. I had an issue with my snorkel and kept getting sea water in my mouth; I let the guide know and he was able to provide me with a different mask/snokel and immediately fixed the problem! Thank goodness, as that could have ruined the whole experience! Also everytime before entering the water, they checked my mask and helped make sure it was tight enough. Small but important details. We saw so many amazing sea creatures; two manatees, huge nurse sharks, rays, sea turtles and lots of colorful fish! Feeding the tarpons and sea birds was pretty hilarious. The last stop where you get to hang with the stingrays was really neat too. I could have done without the long “layover” in caye caulker because there wasn’t really much to do aside from Drinking at the lizard bar, and I don’t drink. Fresh fruits, water and sodas aboard were a nice touch, and lunch was very good as well. 10/10 would recommend!!

What an incredible experience ! Everything about this excursion was extremely fun and well organized. Snorkeling at the best spots in the area was mind blowing, and swimming with the sharks was incredible and intense ! Our tour guides were friendly, very knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. They catered to people of all abilities and comfort levels, and everyone left happy and satisfied. Getting to spend time on Caye Caulker was lovely, with lots of wonderful shops, bars and restaraunts to explore. Overall a fantastic day! Highly recommend to anyone looking to make the most of their trip and experience the island in a way otherwise not possible.

This was the best snorkeling trip that we have ever taken! At the first stop, the guides broke us into small groups and went into the water with us. Our guide would dive down and point out all of the different types of coral and fish and then pop up and name them all for us. We also stopped at Shark Ray Alley which was awesome! Next stop was Coral Gardens where we saw turtles. We stopped for a provided local lunch at Caye Caulker and had some time to walk around and explore. Lastly, we fed the tarpons and also stopped at a resort to see more stingrays as well as seahorses. 10/10 recommend this trip!

Amazing activity! We get value for money! I loved everything from start to finish! The guides are really attentive and kind! We were a small group and it was really perfect! They even had the honesty to change the date of the activity because they had that we could not have a pleasant full day so they offered to put us on a day after! I recommend them 100000%

My family had so much fun on this trip. We saw so much interesting marine life, and the guides were so informative and helpful throughout the day. The meal provided was at a restaurant in Caye Caulker and it was delicious. All aspects of the day were fun and I feel like we covered a lot - from snorkeling, to walking around Caye Caulker, and stopping to feed the tarpon then see the manta rays and seahorses. The only reasons this wasn’t a 5 star review: I wish that the trip was a bit less busy - there were so many people on our boat and on other boats. I know the number of tourists is impossible to control, but maybe an earlier start time option would help stagger the number of people so early birds could go early. There were plenty of sodas and water available for people, but the amount of fresh fruit was minimal - I think everyone got one piece, some people maybe got 2. Overall this was an excellent experience, very family friendly and the guides were so knowledgeable, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a fun day.

I really liked this company. We did a full day at Hal Chan, Shark Ray alley, Coral gardens, traditional Belizean lunch, stew chicken, rice and beans coleslaw and drink, 2 1/2 hours total on Caye Caulker to eat, shop, relax, etc. FEED THE FANTASTIC TARPONS, went to Stingray Beach. You're snorkeling 3 different times, The guides were very knowledgeable and took you to the best places. It was incredible, huge fish, small fish, stingrays, nurse sharks, my favorite was the eagle rays. I researched to find the best reviews and the best services. They did not disappoint. We even tried a different shop for Mexican Rock. There was a big difference. So we loved it so much, We booked another to half day tour of Hol Chan with swim with the nurse sharks. We enjoyed both of them, And the great service. Booking it on TripAdvisor which was much easier than doing it in person. We did it each way.
