A unique trail that starts from Wakan Village at the foot of the mountain at an altitude of 2000 meters and ends at Green Mountain. The trail climbs some 9 kilometers up terraced fields, through farms and stunning waterways to the Towr Of Wakan.

Participants then continue hiking along the trail to Wakan Horn at the top of the mountain. There we will stop to rest and take some pictures of the amazing scenery of Wadi Mistel. Afterwards we continue to the Green Mountains.

Wakan

Located 2,000 meters above sea level and in the Western Hajar Mountains is Wakan village, a small mountain village with beautiful terraced gardens overlooking the surrounding mountains above and Wadi Mistal below. Wakan village is officially part of Wilayt Nakhal in the South Batinah Governorate, although its located right in the border with Al Dakhiliyah Governorate through Al Hajar mountain range. Timing Includes the Driving time from muscat which is about 2 Hours

Jebel Akhdar

In addition to the spectacular scenery, the state of Jabal Akhdar is famous for its diversity of agricultural products, renowned for producing the finest pomegranate known for its delicious taste, where also locals are branded for making rose water. Timing includes driving back to muscat which is about 2 hours

It was a great day with wikitouts on wkakan -jeble Akhder. A new experience and the view on the way to aljebel alakhder was fabulous
