I did the Tangana Manu tour with the Merahi guide and I highly recommend it. You get picked up at the hotel very punctual, the places they visit are beautiful, the guide knew a lot and very willing to answer questions.

Very good tour with great explanations from Frank about the Quarry / caves / birdman cult. Unfortunately we had to be quick going around Orongo/volcano due to a recent landslide but Frank explained the history in the visitor centre.
They are very well coordinated and have very good attention from the team, it was a great experience.

We very much enjoyed our tour. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and was able to explain much of the history and culture of the island. We had plenty of time at each spot on the tour to wander about and take photos. There were remarkably few other tours at each site we visited. There were only two things that we did not have a chance to see - the Moai quarry and one of the Moai with a full torso.
