Thank you to you and your team, it was a great day and Chris was the best of hosts. Brilliant. Memorable...and such a beautiful island. Snorkelled with turtles, reef fish and saw giant clams, learned local history and traditions, while exploring the island and made it back to the Solstice in time. A must do experience.

What a wonderful way to see Samoa. Irvine was a wonderful tour guide taking us around the island he loves. You can see why. The gardens at RLS Museum and the Bahia temple were stunning. The waterfalls were breathtaking and the ocean trench was perfect. A great stop at the beach; we didn’t eat so as to maximise our time swimming. It was just wonderful to see the local view of Samoa and not just the usual tourist sites. Only 9 in our group so we felt we were special to them and not just another load of tourists. Highly recommend; Samoa and Irvine did not disappoint.

Great tour. Chris had a good sense of humour and was very knowledgeable. He took us all over the island and recommended an awesome spot for lunch. Only thing is we didn’t visit every stop on the itinerary and there wasn’t an explanation why.

We visited Apia on a cruise and booked this excursion last minute. We had a great day driving around the island, visiting as many sights as we could within the time we had. The driver (Sam) was very friendly and accommodating. We were a group of 8 and all had a great time. Upon return (and just before our ship sailed) we realised we left a mobile phone on the minibus, but luckily we managed to get a hold of the Chief Tai (the operator) and Sam brought the phone to the dock just in time. Many thanks for the excellent communication and customer service!

Georg was a fantastic guide. We were a group of 11 friends on a cruise. Georg was there to meet us when we arrived at the port and I knew from his bubbly personality that we were in for a great day. He was very knowledgeable and very proud of his country. He wanted to show us everything and explain his culture. A great day with a great guide. Highly recommend

Our guide chief George was great and shared a lot of interesting information about how the community works in Samoa. We got to see a lot of beautiful Samoa and also had a little trip in Apia when we got back. Would have liked a longer stop on the beach.

An absolutely cracking day out ! Don’t get done over by underwhelming ship shore excursions. This experience really is native and we saw loads of Upolo. The lunch venue was absolutely breathtaking and extremely reasonable. Samoa is a long journey across the Pacific and Atlantic for us Europeans but it’s everything that one’s perception of islands in the Pacifiic should be. Thank you for a warm Samoan welcome and day out on the beautiful island of Upolo.

We would like to thank Erwin for this extraordinary day. In almost nine hours, you showed us Samoa's most beautiful highlights with incredible passion and expertise, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. We were particularly impressed that you immediately had a competent, interesting and often even surprising answer to each of our questions. You could clearly see how much you know and love your country – and that’s exactly what you passed on to us perfectly. We enjoyed the whole day to the fullest. The impressions, the views and the many exciting stories have inspired us in the long run. After our return, we were honestly more than flashed by the countless positive impressions we were able to collect thanks to you. Thank you for your patience, your kindness and the great way in which you have introduced us to Samoa. This day will remain in our best memory for a long time.
