During a day trip to the northeast coast of Taipei, you will have an unforgettable travel experience! A professional tour guide and a driver will take you to visit popular check-in spots.
Shifen is a town rich in culture and history which provide a nice glimpse at Taiwan's beautiful natural scenery. You can create a Chinese Lantern (天燈) with a wish written on it to release into the sky. Besides, taste Jiufen history and culture, eat local food when you stroll in the old cobblestone street.
Also, visit the natural classroom Yehliu Geopark, which shows bizarre terrain formed by thousands of years of geological movement that force the mountain jutting out of the ocean.
Please note that if the Shifen Waterfall suspension bridge is undergoing annual maintenance, an alternative route will be taken, which may require additional walking.

5.00Very good tour. Our tour guide, Kate Hsiao was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Kate is very focused on her customers and making sure they learn as much as possible about Taipei.
Sights outside Taipei, lots of history and cultural references. Lots of street food then end at the night market.

5.00We had a great day out with Lyndon he was an excellent Guide extremely knowledgeable and took some awesome photos of our group. Would thoroughly recommend this day trip from Taipei make sure you take the 12:00 pm time slot so you see Juifen at night with all the lanterns. It was amazing!

5.00A great tour that enabled us to explore Shifen old street, Shifen waterfall, Jiufen and Yehliu Geopark in one day. France’s, our tour guide, was very experienced, caring and knowledgable. She explained each point of interest well. She organized our activities well so we did not waste our precious time. She also gave us good advice on the highlighted attractions and how to save our time to see more. I felt that I had enough time to see and do things I wanted to do in such a packed schedule. I was also very impressed by her language skill because she explained things in English, Japanese and Mandarin fluently.
