During a day trip to the northeast coast of Taipei, you will have an unforgettable travel experience! A professional tour guide and a driver will take you to visit popular check-in spots.
Shifen is a town rich in culture and history which provide a nice glimpse at Taiwan's beautiful natural scenery. You can create a Chinese Lantern (天燈) with a wish written on it to release into the sky. Besides, taste Jiufen history and culture, eat local food when you stroll in the old cobblestone street.
Also, visit the natural classroom Yehliu Geopark, which shows bizarre terrain formed by thousands of years of geological movement that force the mountain jutting out of the ocean.
Please note that if the Shifen Waterfall suspension bridge is undergoing annual maintenance, an alternative route will be taken, which may require additional walking.

5.00We had a tremendously fun and memorable experience with our small group tour. Our tour guide Johnny was excellent and fun loving. He catered to our needs and provided wonderful service. He joked around and made the tour really enjoyable. He drove and took us to all the sites listed and showed us the best spots for pictures, even offered each of us a nonalcoholic drink of our choice, took pictures for each of our group at selected spots and gave us some free time before going on to the next destination. We took the later (12pm) tour which allowed us to see Old Jiufen streets during daylight when we first arrived and then later during night time. We were able to see both perspectives of the famous A-mei teahouse, photo during the day and then the magical photo of it being lit up by red lanterns in the dark. It was amazing to see. There were some streets with a lot of dragonflies after dark so be ready to make sure you have insect repellent on or they will come at you. Finally our tour guide Johnny was very thoughtful and gave us choice of being dropped off at the Raoke night market as scheduled or at the Taipei main central station for those who just want take train back to their hotels. We highly recommend this tour because you get to explore some of the highlights of Taipei that you will not regret. Five stars.

He put a lot of time and effort into making this tour special and hr was very kind, accommodating, and made everything fun, memorable, safe, exciting, and just an overall great experience. We also learned a lot! Highly highly highly recommend this tour and specifically the tourguide Trix. Absolutely great guy and I would love to do another tour with him in a different area of Taiwan for sure.

5.00This was my favorite tour from my month in Asia. When they say full day, you really get a lot done in the day but never felt rushed. I usually leave my guides good reviews, but Trix raised the bar. I have never seen such dedication, coordination, entertainment, and passion from a tour guide. If you can request him, do it. He provides so much more than he needed to and this should be recognized. He is on his game when it comes to this trip. Provided his own maps, very clear communicator, his own videos, everything was next level. Bravo, dude

5.00If you’re visiting Taipei and want to spend a day out of town, this is the tour for you. Unbeatable itinerary and a great guide at a good price. Gerry’s English not be 100% but he still provided very clear information and instructions partly through thoughtful use of WhatsApp. Tip: follow Gerry’s advice about where to go during your time. You’ll get note out of the tour than just doing your own thing. Highly recommended.
