3.00We were so disappointed with this tour. It was very expensive and we got no free time in Vienna to explore. Our guide stuck with us like glue except for one hour when she led us to a restaurant for lunch. She’s very passionate and knowledgeable about the history of Vienna. . Unfortunately, she talked the entire time while we were at each stop. We requested a break after walking very quickly for an hour in Vienna, but she kept saying “ I want you to see one more thing” and would not give us a break for another 25 minutes. We told her our goals were get some shopping for souvenirs as part of the tour. Due to her passion of history and incredibly walking fast, we only got to stop at one kiosk store so we ended up with no souvenirs of Vienna except for a postcard. I understand that the guides need to stay on schedule. But it took away the joy of seeing Vienna having the guide with us all the time and talking all the time. If you want a chance to see Vienna and take the sites and enjoy the culture, this tour is not for you. Good- Driver was on time, was very knowledgeable and passionate about history. Bad – very expensive, guide talked the entire time, would not leave you alone, no break when asked, was unable to shop for souvenirs, walked very quickly through every place.

5.00Lenka was an excellent tour guide and made the trip from Prague for the day very enjoyable. It was great that she is an art history major, and she knew a lot about the various sites. Diana is a beautiful city. I highly recommend taking this trip with Lenka. You should ask for her specifically. She is with Lucy tours.

5.00We had a blast with Taras, our guide!!! He made sure we were super comfortable and accommodated all our requests since we only had a day there! We are super grateful to him. He made everything flow super easily and took us everywhere we wanted! This is a highly efficient way to see Vienna! :) Super convenient with pick up and drop off from our hotel too!!! We hit all of the spots we wanted and had an amazing day!!! Pretty much saw all we wanted in Vienna!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

5.00Tour guide Mr. Roman Pechac was awesome - friendly and accommodating. Visit was memorable...we covered many within 6 hours starting with the imperial castle Schonbrunn. Shopping included! Tasted Vienna halal kebab too.

5.00We did a private day tour from Prague to Vienna with Jan and had the best day ever! He was so friendly and knowledgeable of both Prague and Vienna and gave us a list of things to do and places to eat. We enjoyed our day with him and felt completely safe - he was a great driver, the van was so clean and in perfect condition, and he offered to stop along the way to use the restroom or to buy snacks and coffee if needed. He knew that we had our hearts set on seeing the Christmas Markets and all of the lights in Vienna and he went out of his way to make sure he showed us the best places and gave us all the time we needed to walk around and shop. I will definitely be booking another trip with Lucy Tours, it was definitely the best tour I have ever been on in Europe!
