Nature tour and as expected no guarantee of seeing whales. Was still an enjoyable trip but would book the Zodiac next time.

My daughter and I had a great day. The bus to and from Quebec City was clean and comfortable. The driver and guide were professional and provided great information along the way. The scenery on the cruise was stunning. The narrator on the cruise had a great tone to her voice and was easy to listen to. I appreciated the effort made by the crew to get us to a location to better our chances to see whales, and they delivered! A few suggestions: Bring/wear several layers of clothing (hats, gloves, scarves, windbreakers) it is much colder on the water. Have snacks for the bus ride back. It’s a long day and no stops on the way back to Quebec City.

The scenery was great and the boat ride was good. Got to see whales. The boat guide spoke English but sometimes hard to hear with boat motor. The bus ride was very cramped we were stuck in back row with 3 other people and tour guide spoke poor English. Trip back he used microphone to talk with a passenger all in French. Nothing really informative to get from him. Best part was the scenery and boar ride.

This was supposed to be an English guided tour. The tour guide on the bus spoke mostly in French, and when she did speak English, it was very difficult to understand.
