Literally a "farm to cup" immersive experience! Meet at Jaguar coffee shop for morning workshop, then travel to the farm for a relaxed lunch, and afternoon tour of all farm operations. Mario and crew will allow you to learn and experience all aspects of specialty coffee. Including but not limited to: coffee plant biology, daily farm operations, post-harvest processing, roasting, cupping, brewing methods, sensory perception, and how they all affect whats in your cup. If you enjoy coffee, do yourself a favor and take this tour. You will have new respect for all the passionate people it takes to get coffee from farm to your cup!
