Palacio Nacional e Jardins de Queluz
National Palace of Queluz it was built in the XVIII by order of King Pedro III with a later Baroque Style (Rococó). The Emperor od Brazil Pedro IV of Portugal that was Pedro I of Brazil he was born and died in this Palace.

5.00We spent the day with Nuno, who was an excellent guide , well versed with the history of Portugal and the various places we visited. He was very kind and caring for us all day. We appreciated his insights, not only on the history of the places we went to, but of the people of Portugal itself. It was obvious he was proud to be a Portuguese.

5.00Ricardo is a great guide, a great driver, and a great "insider" -- a true professional! We really enjoyed learning about the region from him and especially appreciated his advice on where to have lunch and what dishes he recommended and why. He even gave us tips we used later in the week when we were driving north and stopped in Nazare!
