We had an absolutely unforgettable day in Kyoto with Teri and Jay as our guides. Hands down the best tour experience my wife and I could have asked for. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. Exactly what you want in guides. From starting the morning at Fushimi Inari Shrine to finishing the day with the monkeys at Iwatayama Summit, every stop was seamless and memorable. We’ve been in Japan for two weeks, and this day stands out as the highlight of our entire trip, largely because of Teri and Jay. If you’re considering a Kyoto tour, don’t hesitate and book with them!!

This tour was such a nice way to see Kyoto. Our guide Teri and Janiel were the best guides! They were so fun and informative, took great photos as well! One of the best days of our trip. Easy, relaxed, and really well organized. Highly recommend!

We had a tour with Teri and Jay. Both ladies were absolutely fabulous! They shared a lot of history and knowledge with our group. They made the tour so enjoyable and personable! The scenery is gorgeous throughout the day, and the monkeys at the end are a highlight! There’s a lot of access to restrooms, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. Additionally, the lunch break was nice and appreciated. This is a must do tour in Kyoto!! Thank you so much, Teri and Jay!

We had a great experience on our tour! Teri was knowledgeable about the history and also had a lot of great tips for enjoying the more touristy things in Kyoto despite the crowds. She also managed our tour group really well (people joining the group late, people leaving the tour early) without impacting everyone else’s experience. Note that the post for the tour is all about the version of the tour THAT DOESNT INCLUDE FUSHIMI.

We had a fabulous informative and leisurely day with Teri. Teri was friendly and considerate to all on the tour . She was very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions and also encouraged questions. She guided us to a great place for lunch with plenty of options. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and would recommend highly !

Wonderful tour of the bamboo forest, temples, and monkey park! Teri did a great job of explaining the historical background of each temple and made sure to give breaks between different sites. And the view of the mountains and gardens is spectacular!

We enjoyed our day today with Aaron as our tour guide. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Aaron kept our group engaged with interesting conversation and humor and this made for a very pleasurable experience. He was relaxed, and the tour proceeded at a comfortable pace. Two thumbs up!
