Istanbul
Following an early pick up from your hotel in Taksim or Sultanahmet area leave the crowds of Istanbul and depart for Gallipoli peninsula. Drive along the sea of Marmara enjoying the views of the countryside for about five hours giving a break on the half way for refreshments.

5.00This is probably the best guided day trip I’ve ever done. The guide (Hasan) was really knowledgeable and gave an amazing account of the history including very specific battles. He also tailored his stories based on the areas from Aus and NZ people were from, including detouring to see one persons’ families’ grave. The drive to and from Istanbul is long but definitely worth it!
