St. Nicholas Abbey
The tour takes you to St. Nicholas Abbey Great House and Distillery, a key element in our history, and architectural heritage. At the rum distillery, award winning rums of exceptional quality are created. Your guide will educate you on the history and rum making process at the Abbey. Make sure you sample some of the 12- and 18-year rums.
Morgan Lewis Sugar Mill
This mill was used to grind sugar in the 18th and 19th centuries, but ceased operations since 1947, when steam power was introduced into the local sugar industry. The wind-powered sugar mill is one of the last of its kind and a monument to the once booming sugar industry in Barbados.

St Nicholas Abbey, Distillery, Flower Trail well worth seeing !! Ride up and back with a very nice driver, very polite and respectful. Only problem he did not point anything out on the ride up and back. Listened to car radio up and back. Could have used a guide on flower trail, only given a map with a few pictures. Before you book this this fairly expensive trip, ask provider if driver will be pointing out highlights of beautiful Barbados. PS Out of respect we did tip driver

The 3 adults on our tour had a wonderful trip with Erskine. He was so pleasant and informative. We loved his stories about his youth and working days in Barbados. He was an excellent driver and took care of all arrangements at each spot we visited. We were staying on the south coast and this is a wonderful tour for folks who want to see the east coast and get a bit of Barbados history - while visiting 3 beautiful and diverse places (Flower Forrest, Bathsheba, and St Nicholas Abbey/Rum making.)

We had a pick up on time and a driver and car to take us to the flower forest and St Nicholas abbey. Both venues were very good. The driver was entertaining and knowledgeable. The price quoted included entry to both attractions and extra stops for photos.

This tour included the floral forest and rum tasting at the Abbey estate. It was such a great experience. A lot of walking, some areas steep. Wear comfortable shoes. Our driver was new and not the most helpful when getting us to the locations, but he was friendly.

Had a lovely trip to the St Nicholas Abbey with Sun Tours He was early arriving to pick us up only 4 on our trip. So lovely experience. We joined a tour of the downstairs rooms. She was very knowledgable. Then out to the working rum distillery which was fascinating an old steam mill in action crushing the sugar cane. Then we watched a 15 minute film which was very educational. Then for the rum tasting. Plenty of places to sit and relax and soak up the atmosphere of this lovely old place. Smashing I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Forest Gardens were simply stunning, the flowers, the views, the scuplutures. I could have easily spend 2 hours there admiring the nature. The Abbey is large, I would have liked to have more time to see the whole movie and taste more of the rum.

They do not respect their customers and think that because I am a solo traveler woman, they can scam me, the driver was not in the pick up location at all , and I contacted you via email at the schoulded time sending videos how I'm waiting at the pick up location but you ignored it and replied after 5 days , telling me that their driver was at 8:05 am at pick up location although the schoulded time on booking was at 9:10 am , and they didn't refers on your website at all that it is necessary to have local number to book , I've booked from Belgium and I've shared my WhatsApp number and my email, I've waited more than one hour from 9:00. to 10:20 proved that by videos after that your customer service accusing me implicitly being not at pick up location , it is shame on you , I've booked many tours catamaran and car with many groups here, and I didn't have any problem with being picked up and returned to the villa safe, the only exception was suntours group . Not recommended at all.
