5.00The flower dome was simply amazing! The variety and display of flowers was colorful, splendid and enchanting. I can't say enough good things about it. Truly a must see! The cloud dome with the Jurassic Park theme was kinda cool, but not as enjoyable to me as the flower dome was. I'm not big on dinosaurs I guess.

1.00When we showed up, our ticket were not valid, I called Viatour, after 15 minutes on hold, the agent hung up on me; later on, Jay (a WhatsApp agent) helped me to get the refund, I had to buy the tickets in the park

1.00I booked this and was not able to use the tickets so I contacted the tour operator via WhatsApp and before the person could ask me what was the problem, they started being rude and telling me I was asking for entrance to flower dome, which I never mentioned, so I noticed they have an itinerary which includes everything even though they are only selling one activity (which I knew I was buying) the person on WhatsApp even made fun of me for not being able to yse the tickets. I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never had a problem with Viator, but DO NOT BUY from this vendor, most likely is a scam!!! I didn’t get to use the tickets and didnt get a refund!!SCAM!!!
