This tour is a unique blend of cultural stops featuring local history and anecdotes, paired with tastings at five of my hand-picked favorite restaurants.
The rotating menu may include specialties from Turkey, Vietnam, Peru, Austria, Sweden, Germany... Berlin's ubiquitous kebab or currywurst isn’t part of the standard program, but can be included upon request! Each "snack" is a small yet satisfying portion—far more than just a bite-sized sample. Over the course of the tour, you’ll enjoy the equivalent of a full meal.

Oberbaumbrucke
Learn the history of this unusual bridge: One of Berlin’s best known landmarks, the Oberbaumbrücke - connection between East and West - embedded in much local history.
A small parcel of land with an eventful history and some lesser known architectural monuments.

5.00When friends come to Berlin, I like to give the helm to others. Klaus led us on a very entertaining gastro tour through Kreuzberg 36. We made several delicious culinary stops and got lots of Insider information about the neighborhood. At the end of the tour everyone was full and happy - thank you Klaus!

5.00We truly enjoyed the tour. This is my third time I am taking the tour with Klaus. He has true knowledge of Kreuzberg, shows you hidden gems and has lots of stories to tell which make the tour not only a learning experience but fun as well.

5.00The guest tour with Klaus was super fun. We learned a lot about Kreuzberg and got really good food. In the end, we were fed up. This gave us an overview of good restaurants we would never have found ourselves. The next day we went straight back to a restaurant. Just great!

We learned a lot of interesting things about the neighborhood that we hadn't heard of before. Even the culinary stops were perfectly selected and very delicious. We can highly recommend the tour.

5.00What a fun evening! Klaus was very engaging, and knowledgeable. He shared a bit of local history of the neighborhood. We tried many different types of food with enough to make a meal out of the evening. Including some that we’ve never had before or would have tried without the help of Klaus. We highly recommend taking the time with him and exploring this wonderful neighborhood.

5.00Great tour, very personable and above all very competent tour guide. Although I have lived in Berlin for more than 30 years, I learned a lot of new and exciting things about the neighborhood from Klaus Wehner and discovered some very tasty restaurants. Very nice mix of cuisine and culture, highly recommended
