This was a wonderful tour led by Matthias who was kind, funny and very knowledgeable. Included the history of Ghent (and Belgian chocolate) as we walked around town and sampled multiple very delicious chocolates! Thoroughly enjoyed!!

The guide presented a lot of local history - not only about chocolate-making - in a very entertaining way. We tasted 11 chocolates from 6 shops which were very good and very different from one another. My only negatives are that the bottled water supposedly included didn't appear, on a warm day when we needed it, and there was no chance to sit down during the two-hour tour. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this tour.

We toured with Nick from Charlie's tours. Nick did a great job as a guide and took us to many interesting places for chocolate and in the city. We loved all the places we toured! The only thing we didn't get to try were the fries, it would help in between all the sweet! We went back to the shops and bought Chocolate!

Tom was knowledgeable and made the tour fun as well as informative. The choice of chocolatiers was truly exceptional. The difference from the typical shops was clear after trying the best in Gent.
