We joined the Kingston ghost tour on May 28 at 6:30 pm, and our tour guide driver, Richard was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and added just the right amount of humor to the experience. It made the whole tour engaging, fun, and memorable. Highly recommend!

No guide present, no information, no execution despite ticket and booking confirmation.

Ghost portrayers were the highlight. All were believable and interesting. One at start spoke too softly to hear, lost back of trolley attention. Very knowledgeable narrator but too many names and details added spots to lose attention. More sightseeing detail than needed, maybe cut 15 minutes of those words.

Trolley is lovely, tour is very informative. The young actors did a phenomenal job. However, the windows constantly fogged up, the windows needed to be open so at least the driver could see. And in order to see some of the stops the door had to be open. It was below freezing with the windchill, and when one passenger commented, the guides response was well there normally are not windows so consider yourself lucky. Enjoyed the tour but the experience could have been better

We booked this night before we went, but recommend booking early, very popular, unique experience that fills fast. A very good mix of history and ghosts stories are told, with a a few amazing actors step on along the way to tell a story or 2. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and very good story teller. We did the october 18 2025 tour, at 6:50 pm. Unfortunately don’t recall the guides name. The guide was a very safe driver, and easy to understand.

We had a wonderful time. The driver Richard was funny and very informative. Would highly recommend taking a trolley ride with Richard. Very well spoken and made this experience a 10/10. Loved all the creepy information and facts.

Very good overall experience on the Ghost Trolley tour. Richard was a solid guide, though at times, he made the tour a bit about himself. The pacing the trolley was nice, a brisk night (be sure to dress warmly!) will get your attention!! A dark history of Kingston’s history and souls comes to light in the 1,5 hour tour. If you are a fan of history, you’ll enjoy the tour, I recommend!!

We went on this tour because it was included in our K-Pass. Traditionally, we would’ve done a walking tour. The tour was great. Our tour guide had so much knowledge about Kingston. Some of the stops were creepy but overall, it wasn’t over the top scary. A kid would probably be okay on the tour. This tour does make stops but it does not let you off.
