5.00Last minute add on…Cedric gave an entertaining and engaging description of the ghastly facts of London (including a brief history of Scotland Yard and Jack the Ripper). Very energetic and amusing performance as he traverses both levels of the interactive double decker frequently.
Not scary and not a comfortable hour due to stifling conditions in the bus.

2.00Disappointing, not scary more of a comedy. We were stuck in traffic while suffocating in the bus, and the windows only went down about 3 inches from the top.

5.00The guy is really funny , the bus is interactive and they show you London . Very relaxing. A lot of tour are walking . I liked we could sit. 5 stars for that alone lol
Tour Canceled Need Refund

1.00Tour started out great, but about 10-15 minutes into it we ran into stopped traffic and it was canceled at that point. We were told we would receive an e-mail with instructions on how to restore get a refund, but nothing has been received as of today and we are no longer in London. How do we get our refund?
