Tour started out great, but about 10-15 minutes into it we ran into stopped traffic and it was canceled at that point. We were told we would receive an e-mail with instructions on how to restore get a refund, but nothing has been received as of today and we are no longer in London. How do we get our refund?

Great bus tour around some haunted sites in London. Our tour guide was also brilliant, especially with the story telling and special effects he added in made the tour alot more spooky.
