Rainier was extremely knowledgeable, polite, patient and accommodating to all of our questions and needs. Everyone in the tour group agreed at the end of the tour, he was definitely a 5 out of 5! He made the day enjoyable, informative and absolutely fun. My wife and I agreed this was the best tour and guide combo we have ever had. We had a couple of hiccups due to the weather and he adapted our schedule to insure we experienced all of the sites and activities as promised. On a personal note: we had our transfer driver to Rotterdam Cruise port for the next day cancel on us while we ending our day with Rainer, overhearing the distress in my voice, he found a replacement driver for us at a reasonable rate but personally followed up with us and the driver later. INCREDIBLE!!!!!!

Wow!! This day trip outside of Amsterdam was so worth it and definitely liked the smaller group tour. Our tour guide, Erik, was wonderful. He provided us with commentary and information along the way. Giethoorn was such a quaint little area and our cruise was relaxing. I would definitely advise AGAINST driving your own boat as many chose to do this and could not operate the boats properly. Erik was our captain and was able to get us away from the crowds.

It was great being picked up at our hotel. We didn’t have to worry about how to get to meeting location. Our driver and guide Reiner was wonderful. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were going to. He is a very caring person( always making sure we were ok). We enjoyed the guided wooden shoe factory tour and our favorite of all was the open boat ride on the canals of Geithoorn. It was really nice of Reiner to give us suggestions for restaurants for dinner and he offered to drop us off either at our hotel or somewhere close to a restaurant we wanted to go to.

Mr. Kai, who operates cars and boats and is fluent in English and Chinese, guided us to rural areas with Dutch nature, wind power and windmills. Thanks to Kai's care, even my lame husband could enjoy it effortlessly, and I was able to experience the wonder of the Netherlands.

Eric was one of the best guides we have ever done a tour with…and we’ve done many! He picked us up from our hotel exactly on time and, on the drive, was full of interesting information not only pertaining to our destinations but the history of the Netherlands going back to the 14th century - and he has a great sense of humor to boot! A-plus to him and many thanks for a well-worth-it tour!!
