This unique tour will bring you to the most famous scenic spots in the Netherlands, which are Giethoorn, Afsluitdijk and Zaanse Schans within one day.
In our journey, you would visit a dutch cheese factory, a wooden shoes factory and enjoy a royal diamond demonstration at Zaanse Schans; After that a beautiful photo stop at Afsluitdijk, the longest dike of the world; In the afternoon, you would discover green 'Little Venice' of Holland and enjoy one hour free boat cruise in Giethoorn.

What To Expect
Zaanse Schans
You would expect to have following activities in our VIP tour at Zaanse Schans. you would have a private dutch cheese factory tour, to understand how to make cheese in the traditional way. You could taste more than 26 different types of cheese here. After that, we will take you to a private wooden shoes factory tour. You would watch a live demonstration of making wooden shoes by a traditional clog maker. After that you would have a private Royal Amsterdam Diamond tour, to know the history of diamond, and enjoy the diamond with 268 cuts. Of course you would have your own free time to get close to the windmills and take photos.
Catharina Hoeve Cheese Farm
This attraction is the first stop at Zaanse Schans. As described above, you would experience this old cheese farm/factory, to have a private tour of how to make traditional dutch cheese, get to know the history of this cheese farm, and cheese tasting with more than 26 different flavors.

5.00The tour was a nice opportunity to get out of the craziness of Amsterdam and experience the countryside. Eric was a great guide and pivoted the itinerary to avoid crowds as much as possible. Great value!

3.00It was a raining day, so it was a bit difficulty for sightseeing. Luckily, tour company did provide umbrellas, so we were able to complete our tour. But, the major issue we encountered was that most of us can’t hear the tour guide. His voice was low and there was no microphone and ear piece for us. In the minivan only 2 persons sat next to the driver can hear him. On the guiding tours only the person who walked right next to him can hear his explanation. I think the driver/guide should equip with microphone and provide the visitors with headsets, otherwise the person just functions as driver, not a guide.

5.00This tour was wonderful. It was most enjoyable and educational to visit the various sites. It was most convenient to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Most importantly, our tour guide, Reinier, was fantastic. He was most helpful to all participants, particularly to my wife, who has some mobility issues. He was also most informative on the sites we were visiting. I would highly recommend this excursion.

5.00Simon was wonderful, was efficient had great communication and made the most of our day by giving us tips to avoid the large crowds. Also the 8 max group made it feel more personable and easier to navigate The tour was a great day to see some main highlights of this part of the Netherlands. I would recommend this for solo travelers a little worried about how to get outside Amsterdam.
