It was very informative. Chema had a great knowledge of history and as a bonus a good knowledge of filmography. It was good to hear about the Game of Thrones filming in Girona. The village and the coast were very interesting as well

We wanted to get out of Barcelona a bit and get a more local perspective and this fit the bill! Chema was a wonderful guide, striking a great balance between telling us about the area and answering all of our questions about the history and giving us time to independently explore and enjoy the atmosphere. As it was a weekday during the off season it ended up only being the two of us and the cities weren't crowded. I felt like we were given a lot of latitude for how much time we could spend exploring and we're often told "the day is yours, we can do what you want". I particularly enjoyed the local lunch stop and the medieval village.

The trip was very extremely nice and a day well spent in all respect. Our companion Chema is a very pleasant and informative person. He was very nice and very entertaining. He answered to all our questions patiently. The drive, the site seeing, the food and finally Chema all of these made it an extremely memorable trip.

Chema was extremely knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of the history and more importantly the relevance of that history. The scenery was spectacular, it was improved upon by Chema's knowledge. He also has an understanding of film and was able to explain in detail how the Game of Thrones scenes were shot in Girona. His suggestions for restaurants were excellent as well. I would give it 6 out of 5 if I could.
