It's a fabulous experience from the get-go. The guide stopped by to find us at the agreed time. The transfer is done in a comfortable van, in perfect condition. Marcelo was driving professionally, providing security and being attentive to our concerns. We entered the museum at the agreed time, Marcelo accompanied us and explained the paintings , it is noteworthy the knowledge that transmits of the work.

4.5 stars, Great small group day trip, and a great way to see some smaller towns outside Barcelona. Anatoli was a fantastic guide, who not only drove the group, but he provided great info about the area, as well as in-depth walking tours of Giralda and the Dali museum. Felt like traveling with a friend by the end of the day. Hotel pickup was great and timing well communicated. A little over an hour drive to Giralda, which has great medieval and gothic architecture. Bonus points for Game of Thrones fans as the town was used for filming some iconic scenes. Free time in the town. Another 45 minutes to Figueres with time for lunch. The Dali museum is as quirky as expected. Personally designed by the artist, it’s a great insight into his mind. There’s no explanation of any of the pieces, so hearing the background and discussing the meaning of pieces with Anatoli was very interesting. They museum is very busy, and the tour moved quickly but there was time at the end to go back for longer looks and exploring. Don’t miss the jewels exhibit!

Girona is a beautiful town that blends the past with present in such a natural way is difficult to describe. The connection between Ancient Rome, the Medieval Church, the environment, and modern Catalans is lovely displayed in the towers, walls, churches, and roads. The part of the trip that involved Figures and Dalí upbringing and work was interesting, and certainly leaves one wondering about Dalí's genius, inspiration, creativity, and psychological issues. Dalí museum was meant to be an experience, and it certainly was for us, but the kind of experience would likely vary from person to person. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and overall good company!

We had a great time. Our tour guide was, Xavier. He was very knowledgable and friendly. We started the tour in Girona, walked through the streets, walked up the steps of the Cathedral, walked through El Call, and took some great photos. We then drove to a Catalan restaurant for lunch and proceeded on a scenic drive to the Dali Museum/theater. Xavier shared lots of facts about Dali and walked us through the entire museum. We were able to take some lovely photos. We enjoyed our tour, the sites, our guide, and the conversation. We definitely recommend this tour.
